It's very easy to use and to make corrections if errors occur. Many reports are available and can be easily filtered for the needed information.
Cons
There are so many things you can do with this software and sometimes finding how to do can be a bit challenging.

The interface is user-friendly and customizable. Timely updates are provided when documentation standards change, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Tech support is knowledgeable and responsive.
