“thoughtful dashboard for therapists”
Pros
Built with practicing therapists in mind this software is easy to browse and figure out and the Dashboard puts all the key details right in front of you. It gives quick access to the Patient List, To Do list, open Encounters and Schedule. The chat feature and payroll page are useful too. I also appreciate being able to quickly view the referring physician, documents, patient notes, insurance details and authorizations and other client information all in one place.
Cons
Documentation can feel repetitive. I often end up entering the same details under goals and again in the Assessment Summary text box or listing session materials in the "Materials Used" field even when that information is already covered in the assessment summary since we've been encouraged to complete every box. Also although the chat feature is helpful in theory it does not always send messages and there's no way to tell whether the other person actually received them.
