Additionally, the support we received from our implementation specialist was excellent. They were always available and provided quick assistance whenever needed.
Cons
The Knowledge Base needs improvement and more details as I had to consult with a specialist to understand it better. Although everything is present in the help document, I didnt find it as informative as I expected it to be.

I had to assess my former EHR vendor after they increased their prices, which now match those of other EHR vendors. However, Therasoft, which is priced higher, appears to have better quality. Im particularly impressed with the organization and display of information on the screen within their EHR. I appreciate how Therasofts treatment plan is easily accessible and integrates with my session notes. My custom website is seamlessly incorporated into the EHR, creating a cohesive and dynamic system for charting that is more user-friendly than my previous EHR. Therasoft enhances my ability to conceptualize my cases.
Cons
It may take some time to learn how to use Therasoft, but the transition team and onboarding resources are available to support you. Therasoft is committed to long-term customer satisfaction and provides excellent customer service and support to ensure that customers receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. REASON FOR CHOOSING THERASOFT ONLINEI am very happy with the Therasoft teams presentation of the system and their dedication to customer service. As I started to work with Therasoft, I interacted with various members of their team, such as the web designer who completed my website in under two days, and the owner of the company who spent over two hours on the phone with me answering my questions about the program. I am extremely satisfied with both the Therasoft team and the product Ive chosen.

I really liked the customizable features and the support I received when dealing with glitches. It was fantastic to have our treatment plans integrated into our progress notes, a feature that wasn't initially available. Additionally, being able to include our measures and questionnaires in our biopsychosocial assessments was a great benefit. The ability to limit clinician access to certain forms was also helpful, along with incorporating intake screening and new client registration directly through our website. Being able to schedule and meet with clients via laptop or phone was another plus point.
Cons
My experience with Therasoft has been riddled with simple yet persistent glitches, outdated training materials, and frustrating customer service. It's not a program you can leave unattended; it requires constant administrative attention. The learning curve is steep, and even though we've requested updates, communication has been lacking. I anticipate a tedious process of submitting numerous tickets for each issue.

Cons
Leaving Therasoft means not being able to access my records without paying a hefty fee. It's unacceptable to hold subscribers hostage for access to their own records.
