Pros
I find TotalMD EHR Software really easy to use, with a layout that helps cut down on daily tasks. The tech support team is super efficient and really knows their stuff. The training covered everything I needed, making it easy to use the system afterward. The billing system and support team are both great and help keep my practice running smoothly. I'm really impressed overall.
Cons
There are very few problems with this software. Although, it would be great if they could remove the additional screen pop-up of the same patient history when we are transferring it to the ledger to the other account. All in all, it good software.

The billing section works seamlessly with the EHR, making everything run smoothly for me. The system is thorough, thanks to the amazing support staff. The team at TotalMD is top-notch, they're kind, patient and always ready to work with me to achieve the best results. Their training and support team is very knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to their work. Unlike many companies that outsource customer service, TotalMD's team takes care of their clients directly. One staff member, in particular, was always extraordinary in his care and determination to help..he always found a solution and was incredibly friendly.
Cons
Maybe because the customer service is so great, it sometimes takes a while to reach them when I call. It would be nice if I could schedule a call in advance to avoid long wait times. But overall, it's still good software.

It is really easy to use and user-friendly. It makes fixing mistakes simple and quick.
Cons
The report region is decently essential within the yield. There are a few ways to induce valuable and required data but the reports are not in an organized way. I would adore seeing a few updates to their report introduction. I hope they update it.

I like the ease TotalMD offers. Navigating the software and getting tasks done takes very little time and effort. I have used many EMR software over the years but none provided service as good at a price so reasonable as TotalMD does.
Cons
In the beginning, there were a lot of glitches but this thing has been fixed as they introduced newer updates. we no longer face any major issues with the system’s working.

I really appreciate how easily accessible their support staff is. They're always friendly and willing to help with any issue in a timely manner. It also has a powerful billing system, with all the functions and features of a large organization's billing system, plus comprehensive reports. Overall, everything runs seamlessly in TotalMD.
Cons
I love their billing system but it refuses to deal with secondary claims. The first level of support doesn’t have all the information and the features are not specific to our needs. Although second level support is amazing.

It is a simple and easy-to-use EMR service. It has a lot of great features at a really reasonable price compared to others. I can customize it in many ways and creating and managing appointments and schedules is super easy.
Cons
Their customer support isn’t the most efficient and accessible. There have been so many instances when reporting was a pain due to glitches. But having to deal with the support is a whole another trouble as they work on a different timeline and we have to wait until they are open for service.

My experience with TotalMD has been great. The system is easy to learn and operate and the interface is simple and user-friendly. Their entire staff is amazing. From the very beginning, my experience has been excellent..whether it's the sales representative or any customer service operator, they're always pleasant and helpful. They're quick to respond and eager to assist with any issue I might face.
Cons
There are as such no problems with the system. Only, they do not allow me to send out claims from their clearinghouse and I am required to use a separate one each time. Which is a little troublesome.

It is well-designed with some great features and functions, especially considering how reasonable the price is. However, there are a few areas that could use some tweaking.
Cons
The EHR part works fine, but claim denial conversions take a long time, which is a problem. It's not the most simple either, as even simple tasks like retrieving reports from patient records take a lot of clicks and steps. I wouldn't recommend it to billing companies.

Their customer service is super friendly. The customer service representative that is assigned to us is really awesome, she answered all of the questions that I had. It was so easy to switch from the previous EMR to TotalMD. This product is really great for us and comes at an affordable price, especially when we are a small business.
Cons
It would be great if they provided a manual with the system, so when I face a problem, I don't have to keep calling the tech team. Although, the tech team is really great and has always sorted out all my issues over the phone.

Secondary claims aren't processed in this billing system, which is a bit problem for me. The first level of support isn't great but the second level is decent.
