The UI is so easy to read and I can customize it according to my taste. A lot of features are included that can be tailor-made for you as well.

Pros

There are a lot of customization options available for us. Although they are very difficult to control for a beginner.

Cons

The system is not user-friendly and we have to spend a lot of time training new users on the software.

The software has a lot of capabilities for documentation and reporting. The demonstration and training was impressive.

Cons

We have not heard back from them on a lot of complaints and that is concerning for our practice.

Pros

The prescription feature allows automatic refills for patients subject to doctor approval.

Cons

It is not intuitive and the templates are outdated. The system has no interconnectability with third-party software and searching for records is difficult.

Pros

It is really convenient to handle and learn. You can easily operate anything you want.

Cons

It takes a little too much to load files for my patients and some of them really get restless during the time.

The cloud servers rarely work!
Pros

They really had me sold when they made their pitch but failed to deliver anything!

Cons

Everything you add requires more money so, in the end, you end up paying A LOT. Their billing system has so many bugs and causes huge issues which take MONTHS to solve!

Pros

It is easy to switch between the inpatient and outpatient platforms.

Cons

The system seems pretty incompetent. I am unable to find anything good about this system. It takes up a lot of my time. A one step process usually takes up to 5 to 6 steps with this system. The features that we use in our day to day routine are not at all functional. The support team is not helpful. I do not recommend using this product to anyone.

Pros

Once you figure out where things are it becomes easy to use. We use this tool mainly for scheduling, charting, and maintaining house records of our patients. This tool allows us to track and maintain records.

Cons

The tool is not user-friendly. Allscripts have changed their entry login multiple times in the course of the most recent couple of years which is a problem and consistently takes a day or two where you cant use the portal in the progress time.

I just like how the software adapts to our workflow.

Cons

TouchWorks EHR system is not very stable. We have been the target of ransom-ware several times. The support staff is unresponsive.

Easy to use
Pros

It helps us solve our paper chart issues. It has everything in one system making it easy to use. It is able to save a running chart for patients and separate it into classes of MD notes, approvals, and even a running table on task/notes back and forth between provider/medical attendants.

Cons

None. I like this software as it is extremely user-friendly.

Very versatile product that is very difficult and expensive to configure.
Pros

This product offers a wide range of customization options and features tailored to my practice, with a fairly user-friendly interface.

Cons

The company takes a long time to fix problems with how easy the product is to use and bugs. Their support team is also slow and doesn't seem very good at their job. Plus, it costs a lot to set up, upgrade, and fix.

Word processor, with mandatory functions cobbled together and poorly searchable
Pros

Renewing prescriptions is simple, but the medication list's poor layout makes it hard to identify meds. The immunization chart could include a column showing the date of the last dose given.

Cons

This system requires too many clicks for simple tasks, progress notes lack searchable data, scheduling and billing modules frequently fail, updates disrupt functionality with slow fixes, and progress note templates are primitive and unlinked.
