It is easy to use and is cloud-based so you can access it from any computer. The conversion to electronic records was smooth.

The marketing analytics component needs more development and we were not able to get any use out of it.

I love the customization options. We can allow our medical staff access to the charts so they can add notes and sign-off on treatments. Patients examination is now so easy.
Cons
There is a problem with the note taking feature and they do not appear in chronological order.

We were not able to cope with this software in any way. We had a lot of issues with the software but we were just able to customize some things.

The customer support was very poor. They were not able to solve any of our problems and they responded very rare to our queries

There is no struggle or difficulty with the data. Everything can be customized which makes it perfect for us.
Cons
We do have issues with automatic coding and since we have to delete them and so it all manually, it costs us a lot of extra time which can be utilized doing something productive.
