I have enjoyed using this software and their customer service is amazing. They do not mind staying on the phone with us until our issue is resolved

Cons

The training was long because we could not get the hang of it. It is too much at once.

Gets the job done
Pros

We are able to go through all the patient records and notes from other previous visits and upload reports online for the patients to access.

Cons

They need to work on the prescription portal and make it usable.

The marketing component lacks functionality
Pros

It is easy to use and is cloud-based so you can access it from any computer. The conversion to electronic records was smooth.

Cons

The marketing analytics component needs more development and we were not able to get any use out of it.

Its been good so far
Pros

I love the customization options. We can allow our medical staff access to the charts so they can add notes and sign-off on treatments. Patients examination is now so easy.

Cons

There is a problem with the note taking feature and they do not appear in chronological order.

We were not able to cope with this software in any way. We had a lot of issues with the software but we were just able to customize some things.

Cons

The customer support was very poor. They were not able to solve any of our problems and they responded very rare to our queries

Pros

Basic charting schedules and reports are very easy for me to understand since I have started using this app. This is just amazing

It takes lots of time for reports to load and updates also consume a lot of time.

Pros

Easy to use, scheduling is easy to use. Being cloud based, It i easy to use it from anywhere.

Cons

The practice management is under developed hence there is no way to run a report of your customer email addresses

Pros

There is no struggle or difficulty with the data. Everything can be customized which makes it perfect for us.

Cons

We do have issues with automatic coding and since we have to delete them and so it all manually, it costs us a lot of extra time which can be utilized doing something productive.

Uprise EHR is easy to use and cloud-based which helps me with my work a lot. Great for basic functionality

Cons

Some of the areas of this software are underdeveloped. It is also very expensive compared to the features it has.
