Out of all the software we have ever used, UroChart EMR is definitely the easiest. It's really helped improve the workflow in our office making it the best software for medical offices. The e-prescription feature is amazing as it lets me send patient orders digitally, which really lowers the chances of transcription and pharmacy errors. Another great thing is the connection with lab and pathology reports. It automatically pulls in results from a bunch of other medical tests, including electronic urinalyses. Also the system itself is fast and efficient which makes most of the tasks in our office really simple.

Cons

Overall, the software is a fantastic tool that really improves the processes in our medical practice. However, we do run into occasional issues that need fixing. For example, some of our team members have mentioned that the system can be slow at times. It could be due to a heavy workload or an upgrade but we definitely need it sorted out.

I really like how the system uses terminology that is specific to urology. And it fits perfectly with the coding and billing for common urology encounters, making sure the codes are relevant to our practice.
