Of all the software we have ever used, UroChart EMR is the easiest. It has greatly improved the effectiveness of the workflow in our office, making it the greatest software for medical offices. The e-prescription capability offered by the software is incredible. This makes it possible to directly send patient orders digitally, lowering the possibility of transcription and pharmacy mistakes. The linkage between the lab and pathology reports is another excellent aspect. It automatically gets the outcomes of numerous other medical tests, including electronic urinalyses. The system itself is quick and effective, making the majority of the jobs in our office simple and uncomplicated.

Cons

Overall, the software is a fantastic tool that significantly enhances the processes in our medical practices. However, occasionally we run into problems that need to be fixed. For instance, our team members have occasionally voiced concerns about the systems slowness. This may be because of a high workload or an upgrade, but we need it sorted out.

Just started using it, its a good system with easy adaptability. I like how they offer a lot of features and easy customisation.

The layout is simple and easy to understand. It is more affordable unlike the other systems.

The system overall is pretty average. Some features needs to be updated because the system is very slow overall

It is a user friendly software with a very shallow learning curve. It is easy to adapt too and offers a lot of templates for customisation.

The customer support needs some work and the system crashes a lot which needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

More Customisation Options Needed.

The layout is pretty user-friendly and easy to manage. I like the attention to details on the patient portal, it makes it easier to navigate through information.

The only drawback is that they dont offer more customisation options. The system also slows down during work which is really annoying, to be honest.
