I really appreciated working with ARIA clinical solutions because it simplified the management of images and clinical data from health professionals, which helped to improve the clinical workflow and patient safety quality.

Cons

The initial cost and the high maintenance expenses for the entire system are the only negative aspects I see in my experience working with ARIA clinical solutions.

The training for Aria Oncology EHR Software was so extensive and detailed that we could start using the system to its full potential from day one.

There is no way for the data to be retrieved once we delete the file.

The software is easy to use and operate. The layout is simple and easy to customise. Notes are easy to document and update.

The system crashes often and glitches from time to time. Also I think the imaging can be improved a lot.

Honestly, I like nothing about this software.

Everything! The system itself is not up to date, doesnt connect to other systems and some features are not automated.Overall, the whole software is very slow and not functional.

I do like some of its qualities like the billing feature, paperless charts and the ability to create progress notes.

The rest is not great, the layout is not simple, scheduling is very difficult with this software and the customer service is the worst. Will not recommend!

The system does have some flaws and needs improvement. Overall, its very slow and it takes hours to move through patients data, making it very inefficient.

Ill say ARIA is a pretty reliable software as compared to many others out there. Its easy to customise according to each patient plus it also makes taking notes and records and updating them fairly easy.

Cons

The system glitches from time to time and I would appreciate if some of the features were to be automated.

There is no functionality and it cannot even perform a basic spell check for reports. We are unable to schedule the administration of more than one drug. It cannot integrate with other software and does not support electronic scripts either.

It stores all the patient information in electronic form and we can easily consult it on the go. Small details like the time and dosage of each medicine administered is also mentioned there.

The installation was hurried and they did not wait to make sure that we were comfortable with it.
