“ARIA Clinical Solutions ensures safer care

Well, my experience with ARIA Clinical Solutions was really complete and productive. Thanks to all the features this system offers, it made it so much easier for me to help health professionals do their work more quickly and efficiently. What I liked the most about working with ARIA Clinical Solutions was how it helped me streamline the clinical workflow and improve patient safety by simplifying the management of images and clinical data taken by health professionals.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed while working with ARIA Clinical Solutions is the initial cost and the high maintenance expenses for the whole system.

I really love how much free time I have now because work does not take me as long. It's really impressive.

Cons

None, if I am being honest. However, I would like customer care to be a bit more responsive.

“East to use and learn

Pros

The training for Aria Oncology EHR Software was so extensive and detailed that we were able to start using the system to its full potential from day one.

Cons

There is no way for the data to be retrieved once we delete the file.

“A great go-to option

Pros

ARIA Clinical software is really easy to use and operate. Also I found the layout simple and easy to customize. Laslty documenting and updating notes is also not a problem anymore.

Cons

The system crashes often and glitches from time to time. Also I think the imaging can be improved a lot.

“By far the worst EMR!

Honestly, I like nothing about this software.

Honestly, everything. The system isn't up to date, it does not connect with other systems and some features are not automated. Overall, the whole software is really slow and just not functional for me.

“Not the right fit for us

I do like some of its qualities like the billing feature, paperless charts and the ability to create progress notes.

Cons

I have mentioned few things that I like but rest of it is not great. For example the layout isn't simple and scheduling with this software is really difficult. Plus, the customer service is the worst. I definitely would not recommend it!

I wont say its the best out there but its also not the worst. The layout is pretty decent and the format is quite user friendly plus the customer service is also helpful.

Cons

The system does have some flaws and needs improvement. Like it is very slow and it takes hours to move through patients data which makes it very inefficient mainly for us.

Pros

I'll say ARIA is a pretty reliable software as compared to many others out there. It is easy to customize according to each patient, plus it also makes taking notes and records and updating them fairly easily.

The system glitches every now and then, and I did really appreciate it if some of the features were automated to make things easier.

The softwre is fairly easy to understand and use. Also it is a great treatment delivery tool with templates that are customizable. The support team is also amazing too as they are always there when I need them. I highly recommend it!

It does delay a little when you switch from one program to another but other than this its working fine.

Pros

Billing is now so easy all credit goes to ARIA because we do not have to manually do the calculations.

Cons

The other features are not very functional and it takes way too many clicks to get anything done.

We have been using it to manage treatment protocols, prescriptions and palliative care for all our chemotherapy patients, and it's been really helpful.

One thing that we have noticed and count as a con is that it does not have a lot of templates for non-cancer patients.

It was working well and the original version empowered us to perform all administrative and accounting tasks.

Like before, now the software is no longer user-friendly and the lack of updates has made it really slow which annoys us a lot when in hurry.

Uploading documents and adding notes has become easier with ARIA and the thing we like the most is that it is integratable with other programs.

There are too many glitches and it doesnt let us automatically edit the timestamp.

It stores all the patient info electronically and I can easily access it whenever I need to. Even small details, like the time and dosage of each medicine given, are included which is very helpful.

The installation felt rushed and they didn't take the time to make sure we were comfortable with it.

ARIA is a great software for creating treatment delivery plans and merging patient files from different sources. Our clinic is much more efficient now because the workflow has been streamlined.

We found the software is a bit too technical and there is a steep learning curve at first, especially if you are used to a different program.

ARIA's tabular form makes it easy for us to go through our EMRs.

I really hope the imaging improves in the future.

The software makes it really easy to upload documents and gets regular updates which is great. Plus the customer service is amazing and it integrates smoothly with other programs. I also love that it offers customizable access for individuals and is highly reliable.

The system keeps track of the total amount of medication taken over time which we really appreciate. Plus, the files are presented in a table format, making it so much easier for me to navigate through the electronic medical record.

Even though it is working fine for us, there is room for improvement.
