Pros
It can handle a lot of detail. The ease of regular notes is good.
Cons
I used this in an office for three years. It requires a lot of training to learn and is glitchy. I've entered new patient notes only for it to crash, making me redo the work.

Pros
The day I stopped using it.

WritePad Smiles
WritePad Smiles
Pros
Easy to use and easy to communicate with the vendor. I have found this product very helpful not just for me but also for my colleagues.
Cons
There are always a few things that can be improved. Nothing is perfect for everyone. The interface, I suppose, could be a little better.
