Not my favorite

Pros

It can handle a lot of detail. The ease of regular notes is good.

Cons

I used this in an office for three years. It requires a lot of training to learn and is glitchy. I've entered new patient notes only for it to crash, making me redo the work.

Functional Application

Pros

It's simple to use and quite effective for patient and intra-staff communication.

Cons

It needs a lot of time to learn all its functions, and integrating it with other programs has been very concerning.

Writepad as my notepad

Pros

I'm using WritePad as my notepad because it is more convenient and has advanced features.

Cons

You need to get familiar with WritePad to make the most of it. It offers so many words that it's hard to know what you need.

Pros & Cons

Pros

It is useful for many practical purposes, such as taking notes in a classroom or similar setting.

Cons

Some of the text translations are so wildly off that it's difficult to guess the intended word.

Awful EHR

Pros

The day I stopped using it.

Cons

Poor workflows, not tablet-friendly (despite their claims), and editing templates are much more complicated than other EHRs.

Software produced better notes than hand-written but too complicated

Pros

Notes were very quick to produce but still not worth the price.

Cons

The quality of the notes was very poor, nearly unreadable.

Been a Writepad user for over 4 years

Pros

The software is adequate, but the support is terrible.

Their support is the worst I've ever dealt with from a vendor.

WritePad Smiles

Pros

Easy to use and easy to communicate with the vendor. I have found this product very helpful not just for me but also for my colleagues.

Cons

There are always a few things that can be improved. Nothing is perfect for everyone. The interface, I suppose, could be a little better.
