One of the Better Solutions I've Found
One of the Better Solutions I've Found
Pros
The support offered by ZenCharts was notably accommodating, particularly as a smaller company, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate with their smaller clientele, such as us. Their handling of high-volume tasks proved to be quite efficient, and their software offered numerous avenues for customizing workflows. Additionally, they implemented some automation features that not only streamlined processes but also minimized redundant tasks. An appealing aspect, depending on one's viewpoint, is their integration of the Wiley Treatment Planners into their treatment planning software.
Cons
From my perspective, there's an overarching assumption that companies would prefer utilizing a treatment plan aligned with their standard format, heavily influenced by the Wiley Treatment Planner. However, in our case, contractual obligations mandated highly individualized treatment plans. Consequently, the Wiley Templates posed a risk of staff resorting to cookie-cutter approaches. Moreover, for those unfamiliar with the Wiley integration, using it can actually be time-consuming. Lastly, the custom forms provided by the system can be or have been quite glitchy, prone to errors that necessitated rebuilding the entire form.

ZenCharts is a lifesaver and gamechanger!
ZenCharts is a lifesaver and gamechanger!
Pros
ZenCharts has been amazing for our company. They provide us with some good automation capabilities that minimize duplication of effort. And for us, its been even better that they have included Wiley Treatment Planners in their software for treatment planning.
Cons
One thing we would like to say is that the high-volume job processes could be tailored in a number of different ways. They had effective automation features that reduced duplication of effort.

Difficult to understand?
Difficult to understand?
Pros
Zen Charts seems to encompass all the essential functionalities akin to its counterparts, yet it boasts a more aesthetically pleasing interface.
Cons
Personally, I find it quite challenging to locate most of the forms within the system, and navigating how to sign documents is equally perplexing. Unlike other Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), the interface lacks intuitiveness.
