“How zentake fixed key workflow problems
Pros
The integration between Elation and Zentake is outstanding, especially the conditional logic feature which truly impressed me. It allowed us to enhance and personalize the customer experience significantly, which was a major win. What really distinguished Zentake for us was the onboarding process. Often, new software leaves you to figure things out alone, but that wasn't the case here. The support we received exceeded my expectations by far. This level of support is transformative and is a key reason I wholeheartedly recommend Zentake. Coupled with its comprehensive feature set, it's no surprise I give Zentake my highest recommendation.
Cons
All of my concerns were addressed. This is a highly responsive company dedicated to great customer experience.

Pros
The process of establishing the forms was uncomplicated, and the customer service representative allocated to us surpassed our expectations by thoroughly assessing our forms and proposing enhancements to enhance usability, all without any additional charges.
Cons
I have used other methods before. This is by far the easiest system to use. No cons to use.

“Easy to learn, hard to Integrate
Pros
I appreciate how easy it is to send forms to patients with this software, especially with the URL option. Uploading forms to patient charts is also a breeze.
Cons
Sometimes there are functionality issues that seem to pop up out of the blue and we then have to troubleshoot with our account manager. I also don't love how it integrates with Elation because it allows for duplicate accounts. In my opinion, it should link to one account in Elation and not give the option to send elsewhere to eliminate any confusion.
