I feel customization could be more feasible and the user guide needs a proper update to match.

“Simple client and invoice management

Pros

I'm not finding it user-friendly, it lacks functionality, seems confined to Customers and Agreements and doesn't support recurring invoices.

Cons

It's simple to navigate, I can quickly add clients and agreements, search invoices and customer records and use it smoothly within projects.

reporting system is fantastic, I can create almost any report I need, it's convenient to use and it really puts me in complete control of the application.

Cons

Software frequently slows down, the offline synchronization takes a long time to complete and I think it still lacks a number of important features.

In my experience installation and troubleshooting need some technical expertise so not just anyone can set it up, it also demands a dedicated environment with root access since shared hosting isn't supported which makes the deployment somewhat costly.
