I found the implementation feasible from a user perspective and I didn't find any hurdles.

Cons

The initial setup can feel somewhat involved and I sometimes need to handle a bit of scripting to get everything running properly.

Over four years of relying on it, I've found this to be an excellent solution with virtually no downtime and I see it has evolved into a comprehensive toolset that fits nearly all small-to-medium operations, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

it's the most user-friendly and highly customizable IT solution I've come across, setting it up on Linux was feasible, running it is simple, it's multilingual, supports multi-tenancy and the doctype feature is extremely useful.

The company still feels relatively new in the IT industry and I think that explains why a few features are missing though I see them adding capabilities quickly.

It's very configurable and snappy, I can tweak the settings exactly how I want and it runs really fast.

Because it's strictly web-based, I wish there were a native or offline option available.

What I really value is the low cost, flexible options and deep customizability, plus strong support and modern technology, the performance, active community, rich feature set, user-friendly interface, simple integration and overall platform make it a great choice.

For me it's not something that's right for everyone, it really depends on what you need.
