Basic CRM functionality adequate is great. I like that it included core features plus some entry-level inventory management and shipping tools.

During testing, the platform initially felt quite limited and I noticed some advertised features weren't available or didn't function as described.

During testing, the platform initially felt quite limited and I noticed some advertised features weren't available or didn't function as described.

“Quick setup and easy navigation

Pros

Getting the system up and running was really feasible and I find the layout easy to move around in. It already supports most of the common business workflows we use. Customizing the appearance and overall business template is fairly simple to configure. I also appreciate that there are helpful guides and video tutorials available that make learning the system much easier.

Cons

Small glitches can be difficult to trace and I sometimes find the support explanations less user-friendly even though the team eventually resolves the issues.

For me it's incredibly easy to use, with a clean, simple interface and plenty of customization options, plus an awesome community and available APIs, overall I feel it's the best value for money without a doubt.

Pros

I've found it really feasible to tweak workflows and I could get a web version running without deep technical chops, customizing screens and forms was simple, it's affordable so I can pay only for the features I need and the support team replies quickly.

Cons

Formatting printed documents requires HTML and I consider that inconvenient when trying to import content into tools like MS Word, the documentation also needs improvement.

I like its capabilities and flexibility, the fact that it's open source with fair pricing, a very active community and excellent support and I find the interface modern and easy to use.
