Great modules!

Pros

The inventory and manufacturing modules are excellent and work really well, I'm impressed with their functionality and performance. I am also happy with how easy the system is to use which makes my day-to-day tasks much smoother.

Cons

There's no built-in CRM to communicate directly with customers, which I find limiting for our outreach efforts. I'd like the option to integrate a third-party CRM, for example HubSpot, so we can manage client interactions more effectively. Also an approval workflow for customers or suppliers would be a useful addition.

Works great with our inventory

Pros

the perpetual inventory management performs exceptionally well especially when tied into XERO for financials. Our rollout was simple because our external consultant and the MRP team provided excellent help , they really made the entire setup far easier than I anticipated.

Cons

I feel the labor time tracking on manufacturing orders needs refinement, it doesn't quite meet our needs yet but I must say the support team has been helpful and responsive throughout.

simple and does what i need

Pros

It is easy to use and it performs exactly what I need without any trouble. The whole system feels clear and dependable and it doesn't require a complicated setup or puzzling menus to manage.

Cons

Every so often I wish there were more flexible remote support, sometimes you really need to jump on a call and walk through things together, though it's not a huge problem.

Perfect for planning

Pros

What I appreciate most is how interactive it is to operate, it's easy to manage and very comprehensive across all of its modules. It's excellent for production planning, inventory management and avoiding waste. To me it's more than an MRP, it's an ERP!

Cons

There is still a need for further development in the workstation modules, in my experience.

best for stock and production

Pros

We use it to handle inventory, manage production workflows and take care of billing and invoicing.

Cons

I'd really like the bookkeeping side to be more feature-rich so I wouldn't need to use a separate accounting program.

very easy to implement for small shops

Pros

Setup was simple with very little help required and I use it for tracking manufacturing in my small business and it works great.

Cons

Personally, the Accounting module is very limited and hard to work with. I also noticed fewer customization options and weak reporting and I would have liked a Kanban view available across the entire CRM module.

Efficient but not a perfect fit

Pros

I find the inventory handling very efficient and the cost-to-performance balance is solid.

Cons

For our setup, we can't get manufacturing tailored to perfectly match our needs.

great for planning raw materials

Pros

With MRPeasy, I'm able to keep a close eye on my raw material stock and more effectively organize my production schedule. It makes forecasting the raw materials I'll need much easier and helps me decide what inventory levels to hold.

Cons

I'd appreciate being able to more clearly separate manufacturing orders by product group, currently it's difficult to tell them apart across different categories and a clearer distinction would make managing production much simpler for me.

An incredibly amzing system

Pros

Having worked in manufacturing for many years, I find this system's interface extremely interactive and its advanced capabilities compete with high-end MRP platforms. From my perspective the breadth of features is striking , everything feels thoughtfully organized where you'd anticipate it. The online help and documentation are top-notch and whenever I reach out for technical assistance the support team replies promptly. What I notice most is how quickly newcomers adapt, my whole crew says their everyday tasks have become significantly easier and more manageable since we implemented this solution.

Cons

I feel the reporting tools could use more flexibility , I'd really like extra field options for the various report types so we can customize outputs better.

easyy to set up but not flexible

Pros

Its simple to configure using imported data and it didn't demand much technical expertise. Its web interface is easy to get around. Support has been great and syncing with our accounting system was easy.

Cons

the choices for customizing printed items such as quotes are fairly restricted and that gets annoying when I want the documents to have a more tailored, branded appearance.

4.0

Complete but not very flexible

Pros

What stood out to me about MRPeasy was how comprehensive and user-friendly its interface is. It delivered a full suite for running manufacturing operations, covering inventory control, production planning and scheduling in one place. The layout felt interactive and simple, so I could easily move through the system and pull up the information I needed. On top of that, having live visibility into production status and inventory levels really helped me make quicker, better decisions.

Cons

I did run into frustration with how limited the customization options were. Certain business-specific requirements and industry nuances I needed to address didn't fit neatly into the platform, so I couldn't adapt some workflows the way I wanted. I would have appreciated more flexibility to tweak particular features to match our organization's unique needs. Also, I noticed integrations with other software and systems were somewhat lacking and could definitely be strengthened.

3.0

Complete and cost much less

Pros

I have to say, I'm really impressed with how all-encompassing this platform is especially given it comes at a tiny fraction of the price compared to the big vendors. Getting it up and running was much easier than I expected, and while it's clearly designed to be approachable for users, it still includes a rich set of capabilities. More often than not when my team asks for something new, we find it's already included and can be toggled on without issue.

Cons

The user interface shows rough spots in certain areas but for the most part I can use it without trouble.

Easy overview and good for invoicing

Pros

I get a clear overview of my stock and find it simple to use for invoicing tasks.

Cons

it's not possible to show the number of boxes on the Waybill number and I also can't assign a default reorder point (for example 0) to all newly added products which is frustrating.

tricky cost tracking

Pros

I like being able to trace where each product originated and to see exactly where it's been shipped is really helpful. It also makes checking up on inventory really simple for me.

Cons

I find that sometimes products are produced alongside others but still have to be entered into the system separately which isn't always necessary and makes it more difficult for me to work out accurate and precise manufacturing costs.

Helped align our whole business

Pros

While we rolled out MRPeasy, it highlighted parts of our operation that could be more efficient. We introduced a number of adjustments that allowed us to get the most out of MRPeasy and to offer customers product choices that were more cleverly tailored to their requirements which consequently significantly boosted our sales.

Cons

Our biggest challenge was linking MRPeasy with our accounting software, Xero and I would advise bringing in a skilled accountant to help. I also wished there was a way to push 'virtual stock' quantities to our Shopify storefront. We fabricate items when orders arrive because various components can make multiple end products but we don't always keep inventory to produce every configuration we list, which made the integration process slower and more time-consuming than expected.

Solid & easy to set up

Pros

It is simple to set up and operate with a tidy, uncluttered layout that includes all the core tools needed to handle both manufacturing processes and inventory control. Using it for several years, I appreciate how dependable this platform has proven to be.

Cons

One area I'd like to see better is the dashboard and reporting , they could be more flexible and it would be helpful to have interface options that let me visually emphasize certain stock items or inventory groups.

easy to use but can't change orders

Pros

I'm impressed by how easy the product is to use and I value its clear traceability features along with the simple pricing.

I can't change the supplier on a purchase order and that restriction feels limiting when I need more flexibility.

simple, fully saas solution with no on-site hardware

Pros

Being a fully SaaS solution that requires no on-site hardware really appeals to me and I find it simple to manage and very simple to use.

Cons

I would have preferred that a Manufacturing Order be created for each BOM level rather than using a multi-level MO when processing an order because being able to trace every step of the BOM with a separate MO seems important to me.

Many errors and poor support

Pros

the app has an interactive, user-friendly interface and a clear presentation. It focuses on a minimal set of necessary features and those essentials cover roughly 90% of the functionality I require for my work.

Cons

One major issue I faced was calculation errors , specifically rounding problems which I had to report to support myself, after we explained it, they corrected the rounding bug. The biggest drawback for me is that data doesn't update automatically everywhere. For example, if I manually change values in a manufacturing order, those changes don't propagate within that order, so making a single manual adjustment forces me to manually verify every related figure to ensure consistency. Support is quick to reply but they mostly stick to standard fixes from their documentation. When I ask about non-standard scenarios, they typically point me back to existing instructions which often aren't suitable for my situation.

Works but stock is complicated

Pros

Personally I find it covers the most essential functions we use. The core features are available for handling our manufacturing process needs.

Cons

When I need to relocate inventory, I find the stock management unnecessarily complicated and moving items isn't quick or simple.
