“worth every penny”

Pros

Using this tool is not a hassle because so much of it works with drag and drop which makes everyday tasks simpler. The interface is user friendly and it has also made managing data much more convenient. Compared with other ERP systems, it gives really good value for the money.

Cons

One frustrating part is the bugs and ongoing issues. Fixes seem to take much longer now than they used to and that has become pretty annoying.

“Powerful cloud visibility”

Pros

Running it has given us a highly configurable cloud platform that brings financials, operational data and reporting together in one place. The role-based access, built-in workflows and SuiteAnalytics tools make it possible to adapt processes without needing heavy custom development. Its reliability and real time visibility into transactions are major benefits especially for organizations that are scaling.

Cons

Getting through the administrative setup can be a bit less user friendly at times particularly for teams that are new to it. Areas like permissions, workflow logic and SuiteApp updates call for more technical expertise than you might expect. On top of that documentation around customizations is fairly limited and some changes still end up depending on outside consultants or support partners.

“good reporting but costly”

Pros

Having accounting, financials, inventory and reporting all in one system is a big advantage because it keeps everything centralized and cuts down on jumping between different tools. The real time dashboards and reports are especially useful when you need a quick snapshot of overall business performance. It is also built to grow with the company which makes it a strong option for scaling. Once the setup is done correctly, it is capable of managing a wide range of more complex business processes.

Cons

Getting started with it can be difficult because it is fairly complex and not especially friendly for beginners. Parts of the interface seem dated and there is definitely a learning curve before it starts to feel familiar. The customization options are good but they can also be overwhelming without the right training or support in place. On top of that the pricing can be quite expensive, particularly for smaller businesses.

“Powerful inventory control features”

Pros

I really like having real time visibility into inventory is one of the biggest benefits. You can see exactly what is in stock, where it's located and how it's moving across every location as it happens. The automation also saves a lot of time and helps cut down on errors, with less reliance on spreadsheets and much less manual work. Multi-location management is another strong point especially when it comes to transferring stock efficiently between locations.

Cons

The cost can feel a little high especially for smaller businesses. There's also a fairly steep learning curve and the setup and implementation process can be complicated. For some companies, it may end up feeling like more system than they actually need, with features they may never end up using.

“All in one visibility boost”

Pros

Having finance, CRM and inventory connected in one system has been a major advantage for us. It makes reporting much more manageable and helps keep data aligned across different departments without the usual inconsistencies. The customizable dashboards have also been quite helpful for getting the information we need quickly.

Cons

At the same time the interface can come across as a little outdated and crowded. Tracking down certain reports or settings sometimes takes more time than expected and moving between modules does not always seem very user friendly. It is not a serious issue but the overall navigation could definitely be better.

“Customizable tool overall”

Pros

A big advantage is how flexible the platform is when building a custom solution. It gives organizations the ability to shape systems, processes or products around their own goals instead of being stuck with a complex one size fits all setup. Because it can be adapted as needs change, connected with existing tools and expanded as the business grows, it supports long-term scalability. That level of flexibility also encourages innovation since teams can test, adjust and improve workflows without running into major limitations. On top of that efficiency improves because features and processes can be set up specifically for the work being done. In the end this kind of adaptable custom solution helps businesses stay competitive, react faster to market changes and deliver more personalized customer experiences while still keeping room for future growth.

Cons

One frustrating part is how long it can take for enhancements and new features to be added. Requested improvements or updates are not always implemented quickly which can slow business operations and make it harder to respond fast when requirements change. That delay can be disappointing for users who depend on timely system improvements to boost efficiency or solve specific operational issues. Reporting is also not the most easiest to configure unless you have some technical knowledge and the system can occasionally slow down when it is working with large amounts of data.

“highly recommended”

Pros

The level of detail in the features is excellent. The demo was very well done, engaging and genuinely useful for businesses. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

Reporting could be simpler and it would be better if it could process large volumes of data in less time. Right now, it takes longer than expected.

“Valuable updates and workshops”

Pros

They do a nice job introducing new features and running useful workshops. Also it is a good chance to look into other add-on products and see what else might be worth using.

Cons

It would be better if the venue had more seating available. A few worthwhile sessions happen at the same time so having recordings would be really helpful.

“Powerful all in one platform”

Pros

Everything in a single platform was a big plus. It combines finance, CRM and operations in one system which made workflows more efficient and helped keep the data more accurate and dependable. The real time reporting was especially useful and its scalability added a lot of value when it came to supporting growth and making better business decisions.

Cons

One challenge I ran into was performance especially when dealing with large datasets or more complex transactions. At times pages loaded slowly and the system felt laggy which occasionally affected productivity and the overall user experience.

“product that delivers”

Pros

Having finance, reporting and customer information all connected in one system is incredibly useful. After getting familiar with it, the dashboards and real time data make it much easier to keep track of everything and stay on top of day to day operations.

Cons

The learning curve at the beginning can be pretty steep and it takes a while to get comfortable with the system. On top of that setup and changes are not always easy and the costs can end up being higher than expected.

“Promising AI integration”

Pros

The updates on the upcoming AI improvements were really insightful and the option to integrate with Copilot is a very welcome addition.

Cons

Nothing negative came out of today's event though it would still be nice to see more automated reconciliations like bank reconciliations built directly into the core product instead of added on as bolt-ons.

“best features in one place”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the real time reporting and dashboards. There's no need to wait around for manual reports or spend time reconciling figures across different systems as you can view performance, cash flow and KPIs right away which helps make decisions faster and with more confidence.

Cons

Performance can be a drawback as well. Some users mention slow page loads or lag, particularly when working with large datasets or more complex workflows.

“Couldn't handle our processes”

Pros

It hasn't shown us a single thing I'd consider acceptable. Honestly everything about it has been terrible.

Cons

I don't even know where to start with its implementation team. Working with them has been one of the most frustrating and expensive mistakes our company has ever made. Right from the beginning, it was obvious they had no real interest in learning how our business actually works. They stuck to a one size fits all implementation approach and made no real attempt to adapt the system to our more complex processes. Anytime we walked them through workflows that didn't match their standard template, they reacted like they couldn't understand what we were describing. Anything beyond very basic processes seemed completely out of their depth. The business services team hasn't been any better. For a platform that charges enterprise-level pricing, the lack of knowledge and capability is shocking. We kept getting passed to consultants who seemed to have very little hands-on implementation experience and getting clear answers from them was unbelievably difficult. The worst part was a runaway process that completely blocked our financial close. Something that should have taken a few hours to resolve dragged on for more than a month. A full month. We were unable to close our books, the finance team was in complete disarray, leadership was furious and they just kept spinning in circles without fixing it. That one failure alone had a huge impact on the business. If your company has anything more than the most basic processes, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The difference between what it sells you on and what their implementation and support teams actually deliver is enormous. We paid premium money and got a deeply subpar experience. One star feels generous.

“Great flexibility with limited saved search controls”

Pros

I really appreciate the flexibility, user interface and how user-friendly it is. It adapts well to my needs which makes it easier to use and manage.

Cons

there are a few limitations. For example, when it comes to saved searches, we can't make them so that everyone can view them but only a few can edit them. Also I am not sure how time is calculated!

“Amazing for financial statements”

Pros

I love how it compiles everything into financial statements, making the accounting process way easier to understand and follow. It's such a relief to have it all laid out clearly.

Cons

There are parts where adding custom fields and making them as important as something like customer info just is not possible. For example, we lease trucks and tracking by VIN is huge for us. We can't go into a specific VIN and see everything that's happened to it, like I could with a customer. It would be much easier if we could create fields with their own forms and tracking across the system. It's been a battle trying to make that happen but once it was running... it worked. It can be tough to get used to new processes.

“simple to use but setup could be simpler”

Pros

It's ease of use and unified database make it so much easier for me to handle English language queries. It's like having one reliable source of truth and that's super convenient for my work.

Cons

“Flexibility is great but could use AI help”

Pros

What I really love about it is its ability to report on and search all the data points. It gives us so much flexibility to meet our company's needs. It's like a one-stop shop for managing our consulting firm which is super helpful. Plus its easy to use and customizable, fitting how our business operates.

Cons

I wish there was some AI assistance to help with customizations, saved search criteria, formulas and scripting.
