Super user friendly and what I love most is how customizable it is. It really lets me tailor things to fit my needs.

Cons

I really don't like the revenue recognition module. It has too many steps and making modifications is not easy especially once the journal entry (JE) has been posted.

i appreciate how it holds everyone accountable in their roles. It does a fantastic job managing permissions for different employee roles, making sure that everyone is clear on what they can and can't do.

it can be tough to find certain functions within the menu. It's all over the place.

The ability to fully customize the system to match our business needs is a huge plus for me. It really helps aligns our operations.

Configuring it can be complicated. A big challenge is the inability to switch item types. Also, new modules and features are not always fully polished when they are released, so they can be buggy. The inbound shipments feature does not really help with importing or managing containers either.

my favorite features in it is the inventory detail. It shows the sales team the quantity of each item and its location which helps them write sales orders for the right company locations. this has been great for our customer service team too, as it ensures faster shipping times, making the whole process smoother.

Updating purchase prices is such a pain especially when there are multiple vendors involved.

Creating searches or reports is not very easy. I find myself struggling a bit to get them set up the way I want.

I love that we can track all our orders in it. It works smoothly for our different departments to input their info. the integrations with our other portals make the process much easier since they are automated and all the orders merge into it for easy management.

I am still getting the hang of using it and honestly, understanding everything has been a bit complicated. we want to get better at tracking inventory, running reports and using it for projections but it's a lot to take in.

Its not only easy to use but also comprehensive. I really appreciate the detailed reports it generates, giving us a clear picture of our financial performance and product movement. It's also helped us a lot with inventory management using MinMax for reordering. the integration with FedEx and credit card processing is so smooth..it just works without any issues. Once we figured out how to use it, it really made everything else in our business much easier.

i like being able to run consolidations and eliminations easily in it. It's also great to have a more powerful accounts payable and reporting platform that helps keep everything organized.

I think the banking module in it is pretty lacking especially when compared to other software like QuickBooks which we switched from. It has a steep learning curve and features like bank data matching and bank reconciliations could really use more automation. Plus the initial setup was a nightmare and we had to bring in a third party just to help implement the software.

The downside for a smaller company like ours is the cost. We have a clear growth plan and know exactly what we want to achieve with it but the pricing of some modules can make it harder for us to move forward as quickly as we'd like.

Having everything in one place is what I like most about it. The platform is fairly easy to use and while there is a bit of a learning curve at first the right support and training make it feel natural before long. My business would not run nearly as efficiently without it. Evan truly created something exceptional here.

One frustration is that new features are often released only for the US first so those of us in the United Kingdom and other regions have to wait until they become available in our jurisdictions.

Every now and then bugs pop up in workflow automations or integrations especially with tools like Fiton for serial number tracking. When that happens, they can fail or create duplicate records which means someone has to step in and fix things manually.

NetSuite ERP really reflects a forward-looking approach to cutting down on repetitive, time-heavy tasks which gives us more time to focus on planning, strategy and higher-value work. It also makes decision-making much simpler by putting strong insights right at your fingertips with just a click.

Honestly there's not much to complain about. We've been using it for 8 years and have been very happy with it overall. The only thing that stands out is that the user interface has never been especially appealing from a visual standpoint.

Having finance, operations and reporting together in one cloud based platform is a big reason I value this tool. It still isn't available in Ukrainian which is a drawback. Also, reporting can be limited in certain cases so data has to be exported to create the specific reports needed.

Well it is a bit hard for me to compare since I haven't used another platform. That said we did notice that overseas partners were more competitive on pricing than the UK-based ones.

It's really encouraging to see more AI being added into the platform. The system is very easy to use and the 360 dashboards were a standout feature for me since I hadn't come across them before. That's definitely something I'm taking away from today and planning to build into my monthly reporting.

Cons

The biggest gap has been around training especially when it comes to reporting. We've been using it for around two years and still haven't received much guidance so attending these conferences has been valuable because we're discovering parts of the system we could have been using earlier but never heard about from our account manager.
