“Fantastic data control and approvals”
Pros
The way it handles data is excellent and setting up approval workflows is very easy. The role and access management features are also really well done and make it simple to control permissions.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any issues with it. It's the best ERP I have used and I don't have any complaints to add.

“real time powerhouse for growth”
Pros
Custom fields are a big plus and the way it brings accounting, CRM and e-commerce together in one real time system feels top-tier.
Cons
There are still some frustrating slow bugs and the heavy customization requirements along with the high subscription costs can make scaling feel like an ongoing challenge.

“Fully cloud based tool”
Pros
One thing that really works well is that it's entirely cloud based which makes it very convenient to use. It also integrates well with a lot of other major platforms which has been a big advantage.
Cons
Getting support for more niche parts of the system can be difficult. SuiteAnswers is also not the most user friendly platform and I often come up empty when trying to find answers to my questions.

“Flexible and reliable ERP”
Pros
It is highly customizable and offers extensive data management capabilities. The overall value for money is decent especially with how stable the system is since bugs are rare and uptime has been consistently good. It's also user friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
One downside is the page loading and overall server performance which can feel slow at times. On top of that the add-ons tend to be expensive and usually don't feel worth the extra cost.

“Easy core functionality”
Pros
Getting around the basic functionality is very hassle free. Most of the system is easy to use which makes the overall experience a positive one.
Cons
The downside is that integration and setup process is complex and slow and the cost is fairly high. It can also be difficult to get support when setup fixes are needed.

“Flexible search and integrations”
Pros
Using it day to day is not a hassle. The interface is simple to work with, the global search is centralized and really helpful and the platform is flexible enough to handle different needs. It also integrates well with a wide range of other applications and the role management features are amazing.
Cons
Managing customizations and scripts from one central place is still difficult and handling data can be challenging at times. Keeping the system updated and current also takes ongoing effort.

“Scalable coverage for growing needs”
Pros
After three years of using it, I'm really satisfied with how much it covers overall. Our business combines services, SaaS and real estate and it has scaled well across all of it.
Cons
The implementation experience can either turn out well or go off track and a lot of that depends on how well the third-party implementation partner understands our industry.

“One source of truth”
Pros
Having everything in one system has made a real difference since all our data now lives in a single place and we can rely on one source of truth. Replacing several different tools with just NetSuite has been a major step forward for us.
Cons
Fitting our existing processes into it hasn't been easy and has definitely been challenging. It also really requires good support because handling that transition on your own is difficult.

“All in one business coverage”
Pros
It handles an enormous scope and covers every part of the business we need so there's no need to rely on integrations with other systems.
Cons
After using it for 16 years it's become extremely customized. Because of that, one wrong change can create problems across the entire system.

“Powerful visibility and scalability”
Pros
It delivers amazing integration, real time visibility into data and workflows that scale well as needs grow. NetSuite Next is also expected to add a lot of value and bring even more benefits.
Cons
It can be fairly complex and expensive and setting up the system and building reports does take a certain level of expertise. That said Ask Oracle should help address a lot of these challenges.

“proven helpful for us”
Pros
Having everything in one system means it lets our business report on just about anything. It has also helped us automate a lot of processes and get things done much faster.
Cons
The different record types can make the system look a little complex at times. I also think it could be organized so certain tasks are easier to undo. While the reporting capabilities are extensive some tasks require a lot of paperwork especially when you need to reverse something.

“valuable solution”
Pros
Everything from accounting to reporting and overall financial management is centralized in one platform which makes day to day work much more connected. The real time visibility into the data is especially valuable because it helps with faster, better-informed decision-making.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning, particularly for teams that don't already have experience working with ERP systems on the platform.

“Customizable but dated UI”
Pros
Once you get familiar with how everything flows, it is generally pretty easy to use. It also feels highly customizable so you can tailor it to match how your employees actually work.
Cons
The interface still gets the job done but compared with some other options on the market, it does feel a bit outdated.

“organized workflows!”
Pros
Having financial and operational data together in one system is probably the biggest advantage for me because it makes it much simpler to follow a transaction all the way through. I can trace a bill back to the purchase order and then see how it carries into the general ledger without needing to switch between different platforms. The saved searches are useful too. I rely on them to monitor things like open bills, payment status and exceptions and once they're configured, there's far less need to keep checking several different screens manually. The setup across AP, purchasing and GL also feels practical for everyday work. It gives a consistent way to enter and track transactions which makes month-end processes easier to manage. Overall it does a good job of keeping workflows organized and making everything easier to review.
Cons
One challenge with it is that some processes don't feel especially user friendly particularly for someone new to the system. It can take a while to figure out where certain functions are located or how different records integrate with each other. The interface also comes across as a little dated and moving from one screen to another sometimes takes more clicks than it should. That can slow down daily work especially when dealing with larger volumes. I have also run into situations where fixing transactions or handling errors isn't very easy and it can require workarounds or a deeper understanding of how the system works.

“smart customization options”
Pros
I like having one reliable source for all of our business data as it has been the biggest advantage. Everyone is working from the same set of information which has helped improve accuracy and led to better decision-making across different departments. I also really valued the custom field functionality since it let us track the specific data points that matter most to the business and adapt the system to fit our particular needs.
Cons
The toughest part has been getting other users fully comfortable with the platform and willing to adopt it completely. Since the system is fairly complex, people can get discouraged and end up turning to outside tools for tasks the tool already handles on its own which takes away from the benefit of having everything centralized. I have had to work on this through training and by showing people how much the platform can help once they understand how to use it properly.

“Better forecasting with cleaner data”
Pros
Having cleaner data made a big difference for us and opened up a lot more possibilities. One example is how it can capture the memo from an electricity bill which helped us assign expenses to the right accounting period. That alone improved the accuracy of our forecasting and made the budgeting process much better overall.
Cons
Its analytics side is a little difficult to work with. I really wish I had more time to learn how to use it the right way because it is not very user friendly. After talking with other users, I realized I am not the only one who feels that way.

“helpful support always”
Pros
Having support from the account managers has been a real plus. Their guidance is genuinely valuable and the friendly way they communicate makes it much less intimidating to ask questions when something comes up.
Cons
The added cost of subscription add-ons is a downside. There are plenty of really useful features available but the pricing makes it tougher for smaller businesses to take full advantage of them.

“powerful finance hub”
Pros
The financial module gives us a reliable single source of truth and it supports a wide range of applications across the ecosystem which fits a medium sized enterprise really well.
Cons
Its user interface could definitely be improved and made more appealing. At times it also works too slow especially when there's heavy customization on records.

“user friendly interface”
Pros
Its interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's also simple to search for different kinds of objects and reports which makes daily work much more convenient.
Cons
At times processing and loading records can feel slow. Compared with other platforms like Salesforce it usually runs noticeably slower.

“Provide all in one business visibility”

One of the best parts for me is how naturally it brings financials, CRM, inventory and reporting together in one system.
