“powerful integrations win”
Pros
The MCP connection with Claude has been a big plus and I also really appreciate the MCIP platform. Being able to use its native platform to connect different systems is especially valuable.
Cons
One downside is that it doesn't seem able to fully deliver on finished products like It Next. I also would have liked a much more detailed explanation of the It Next product.

“Suite next AI is a win”
Pros
Suite Next AI and the integration platform are really strong. I can already tell our C-level team won't need to depend as much on Power reports because the visibility and insights are there.
Cons
The accounts payable function doesn't seem to be on the same level as Medius yet although that could also be because I haven't seen enough of a demo for that part.

“highly customizable tool”
Pros
It has been excellent for us especially because it's highly customizable while still being simple to use. The addition of AI has made the platform even more valuable and improved the overall experience.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the global search. At times it's difficult to locate sites using an address search and that creates problems in our system by leading to duplicate record creation.

“Versatile tools across finance”
Pros
From purchase orders and invoicing to financial reporting, the biggest advantage is how versatile it is across the whole process.
Cons
The downside is that the interface still is not the most user friendly and the training videos could be better since a lot of them feel outdated.

“Strong reporting and add-ins”
Pros
A lot of ground is covered including the free add-ins that are already available. It offers good solutions for many of the reporting and data management challenges we're dealing with right now.
Cons
Accessing data through reports and searches feels a bit limited at times and that can create some confusion and frustration.

“excellent value for price”
Pros
Excellent value for the money, with a user friendly setup and simple integrations. One of the biggest advantages is that we can manage the system using our own internal team instead of depending on outside consultants or third parties.
Cons
The biggest limitation is in financial reporting since it's driven entirely by account type which makes it less flexible when working with an existing chart of accounts. Building management reports to match specific requirements can also be restrictive. I'd also appreciate more filtering options in reports so department, class and location splits could all be run together at the same time.

“AI powered finance boost”
Pros
The recent AI improvements on the finance side are a big plus. They'll be especially useful for our accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial analyst work.
Cons
One thing that could use some work is the platform's background visuals. The workflow is simple enough but the graphics could definitely be improved.

“powerful all in one flexibility”
Pros
NetSuite ERP gives us an all in one platform that helps enforce our business processes within the system itself. It also offers a high level of customization which makes it possible to tailor the setup to fit our company's specific requirements.
Cons
Right now the biggest challenge is system performance. Even after reviewing our scripts and workflows and upgrading to 5 processors, we're still seeing delays during basic tasks.

“Quite a flexible customization options”
Pros
The tool gives us a lot of flexibility especially when it comes to tailoring the product around our specific business needs. The inventory management side is also a strong point and has been very useful for our operations.
Cons
One downside is that the system can be fairly slow at times. It would be helpful if they expanded their Asia-Pacific server coverage to improve performance. It's also a fairly complex platform so training new users takes some time.

“Adaptable ERP with exciting AI direction”
Pros
It's easy to use and flexible enough to fit just about any business setup. After attending SuiteConnect today, I also feel confident that the platform is heading in the right direction especially with its AI focus.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. We use a fractionalized instance through JCurve and it has been working without any issues for us.

“flexible platform overall”
Pros
A big plus is how flexible and configurable the system is. It keeps improving through continual updates, has a clear focus on AI, offers a detailed product roadmap and provides decent integration capabilities.
Cons
Well you still need third-party solutions to cover certain gaps and limitations. It would be better if the platform could handle everything on its own.

“Decent software”
Pros
Having everything on a single platform gives us good control and keeps the workflow moving efficiently. Also it comes with plenty of apps that help the team stay productive and get work done faster.
Cons
One challenge is creating a universal invoice template that works across all entities. It's also difficult to figure this out just by digging through SuiteHelp and Google.

“Simple tool”
Pros
We have been using it since 2020 and the team's response has been really positive. It's user friendly and the training process has been very simple.
Cons
Support is sometimes slow and quite often a specialized team has to step in to resolve issues. Hopefully that improves over time.

“Quite a simple setup”
Pros
Training new staff doesn't take much effort because the system is easy to use. It's also really helpful to keep hard copies attached to transactions which makes audits and reviews much more manageable.
Cons
One limitation is that you cannot search across databases or between Payroll and Finance. It's also frustrating having to pay for OneWorld just because we need support for one additional currency.

“complete tool that delivers”
Pros
Having everything in a single system makes a big difference and the customizable reports are especially useful when it comes to reconciling accounts and digging into issues at month-end.
Cons
The area we have had the most trouble with is fixed assets. When errors come up, the messages often don't include enough detail so we end up raising support cases to resolve things like missing depreciation records.

“Great tool”
Pros
The thing like is having financials, reporting and operations all together in one system. The real time visibility and strong customization options help make workflows more efficient and cut down on a lot of manual work.
Cons
Getting around the system is a little complicated and not always very user friendly especially for new users. Some tasks take more steps than they should and reporting or customization often requires technical know-how. Performance can also be uneven at times especially with large datasets or saved searches which can slow down day to day work.

“Pretty helpful solution”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is the efficiency it brings through consolidation. Having real time information available is very helpful, it manages multi-national data well and it also makes it simple to generate very specific reports when needed.
Cons
The biggest downside is the lack of support.

“powerful customization and scaling”
Pros
NetSuite ERP has been a strong fit because it's highly customizable through SuiteScript and workflows and the financial management and reporting features are very capable. It also scales nicely as a business grows especially for companies managing multiple entities. Having everything in one centralized system cuts down the need to rely on several different tools and there's a lot of room for automation when the setup is done properly.
Cons
Cost is a problem since licensing, implementation and ongoing maintenance can get expensive quickly. Also it takes time to learn and the user experience isn't very friendly. In many real-world scenarios, it depends too much on customization to work the way you need it to. Reporting out of the box is not very strong for non-technical users and support from the vendor can be inconsistent.

“amazing all in one tool for growing teams”
Pros
A strong choice for small to mid-sized businesses that need room to grow. It works really well as an all in one system and when a specific feature isn't built in, there's usually another tool you can buy that integrates with it.
Cons
Pricing is still a hurdle for smaller organizations like ours especially operating as a social enterprise.

“broad visibility across operations”
Pros
It covers a wide range of transactions and has given the business much better visibility with a single source of truth to work from.
Cons
One downside is that customers have to handle certain technical areas themselves, whereas with other products those parts are usually managed by the vendor or developer.
