“decent customization for scaling”

Pros

One of the best parts is how much room it gives for customization. I can adapt it to fit specific business requirements, simplify workflows and create scalable systems that genuinely improve operational efficiency.

Cons

A downside is that certain features still feel unfinished or don't fully work together. For instance the consignment functionality doesn't integrate well when assembly items are turned on which can be limiting in more complex inventory environments.

“Easy to use”

Pros

The platform is easy to use, seems user friendly and the search features work really well. I am also excited about the upcoming Oracle AI capabilities which look like they could be a real game changer for finance.

Cons

It still falls short when it comes to industries like property, real estate, hospitality and property management since those modules aren't really available. Group accounting and consolidation also need more improvement.

“flexible platform that scales”

Pros

For me the biggest advantage is how adaptable the system is. Whether a company is a growing startup or a more complex multi-entity business, it adjusts to the way the business already works instead of making teams overhaul their processes just to fit the software. Workflows, dashboards and reports can all be customized to specific requirements and as the business grows or changes, the platform grows with it. Being able to add modules like financials, inventory, EPM and CRM also means it never looks like a complex one size fits all product. That level of flexibility is uncommon in an ERP and it makes it look more like a long-term investment than a temporary solution.

Cons

My biggest issue with it is the performance which can be frustratingly slow at times. The system often feels sluggish when running more complex reports, loading large amounts of data or simply moving between modules. Tasks that should only take a moment can end up involving a lot of waiting which breaks momentum and affects productivity. The slowdown is even more obvious during busy periods, making it harder for teams to stay efficient when they are under pressure especially around month-end close or other heavy operational times. Even though it is a powerful cloud based platform, the day to day speed does not always match that capability. For a system that serves as a company's single source of truth, quicker and more reliable response times would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

“Useful solution!”

Pros

Everything runs from one source of data which helps connect all departments and keeps information aligned across the business. The reporting and dashboards are especially useful because they give immediate access to the information you need.

Cons

The downside is that navigating the different functions and modules can feel complex at times. Support can also be frustrating since they often ask the same questions repeatedly.

“decent financial control, weak FSM”

Pros

Having all our systems rolled into one place has been a big plus. It gives us strong control over our financials, the layout is easy to work with and when mistakes happen they're usually simple to correct.

Cons

FSM still looks like it's in development and for our business it just doesn't meet the standard we need. The WIP solution isn't ideal either and we keep running into a lot of problems with time billing.

“The right solution for us”

Pros

There's a real sense of confidence that we picked the right solution. Having one single source of truth across the business has been incredibly valuable for our enterprise.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. Since we're based in Australia we sometimes have to wait a bit longer for updates but that's understandable given the differences in currencies and regulations.

“saves us time”

Pros

Having an all around ERP like this has been really useful. I can keep track of my inventory at any time and always know what's happening. With everything in one system, it saves me a lot of time.

Cons

The pricing is fairly expensive and you're usually committed for at least a year. Getting support can also be difficult at times especially when there's an urgent issue.

“covers a lot for us”

Pros

The tool covers a lot of ground with modules for managing PPE, prepayments and revenue. Also it performs really well for consolidation, intercompany transactions and handling multiple currencies.

Cons

Saved searches can be a bit hard to build at times and finding the right fields can be frustrating since several of them have very similar names.

“customer focus tool”

Pros

They've clearly been putting effort into improving the customer experience and making the platform more user friendly. It also looks like development time is being spent on the areas that matter most which is a positive sign.

Cons

Getting started as a new user can still feel intimidating because the learning curve is pretty steep. A good beginner tutorial would go a long way in helping new users get up to speed.

“Good for our business”

Pros

Having this level of control across every part of the business is a huge advantage. One of the best things is being able to ask a question about the business and then actually create the answer through Saved Searches and Reports. That kind of insight makes it much easier to spot weak areas and keep optimizing how we operate.

Cons

The downside is how technical it can feel along with the fairly basic learning paths. A lot of the challenge comes from not even knowing what you're missing at first. Getting to a deeper understanding of Saved Searches has been especially difficult and has taken a lot of effort.

“user friendly navigation and customization”

Pros

It is very user friendly, with a simple interface, fast navigation and a powerful global search that makes finding things quick. Also it offers useful customization options that help users work more efficiently.

Cons

Support has been a weak point since getting issues resolved quickly can be difficult especially when there is critical downtime.

“powerful modules!”

Pros

The functionality is excellent and there are plenty of extra modules you can add to expand and improve the overall experience.

Cons

What drives me crazy is the price of each module along with having to negotiate major discounts just to get access. That said the system itself is excellent.

“helpful support when needed”

Pros

I find it easy to use, the support team is approachable and SuiteAnswers is especially helpful for the team when we don't have a dedicated finance system.

Cons

Performance tends to slow down during busy periods like month-end and uploading journals can take longer than it should. Saved searches could also use some improvement.

“Handy reporting with built-in workflows”

Pros

Having procurement and invoicing built into one integrated system makes day to day work much more convenient. Reconciliation is easy and the reporting tools are practical and useful when I need them.

Cons

One frustration is that adding fields in Customize for reporting isn't always easy like trying to include a job ID as a column. The TPAR report also seems to pull both Yes and No entries, instead of listing only the ones actually needed for reporting, unless it was set up incorrectly by a colleague. On top of that the system can feel slow at times with quite a bit of buffering before the next screen loads.

“Helpful sessions!”

Pros

The event was hosted in a really nice venue and there were plenty of useful sessions for everyone who attended.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't anything negative to point out since everything was clear and well done. I really appreciated the discussions though I'd still welcome even more classes and informational sessions.

“Strong consolidation but slow exports”

Pros

Handling subsidiaries and consolidations directly in the system is really useful especially since there's no need to export everything to Excel first. The foreign currency management is also a strong feature and works well.

Cons

Load times are too slow and a lot of tasks feel more manual compared with Xero. Also it seems behind when it comes to AI features and has older export tools. On top of that downloading more than one or two months of data often fails either during the export or while loading.

“Easy to start, great value”

Pros

Getting started with it is very easy even for someone who has never used it before. The interface is very user friendly and it definitely offers good value for the money.

Cons

There really isn't much I dislike about it. If anything it would be even better to have more information included during the sessions.

“offer better visibility”

Pros

It's given us much better visibility into the business overall. It also scales really well and I feel confident it can continue growing alongside us as our needs expand.

Cons

Navigation can be pretty tricky at times. When setting up new lists, finding the correct field ID in the criteria isn't always easy which makes it harder to pull the exact information you need.

Cons

“Promising AI for sure”

Pros

It's been exciting to see the platform keep adding new capabilities and the upcoming AI features look especially promising. There's a lot of potential there and it makes the product feel like it's continuing to move in a really strong direction.

Cons

To me its interface still seems a little confusing at times and the licensing costs are high if you want to expand it across the wider business.
