Pros

Being a machinist, I appreciate that this software was built from the ground up by machinists for machinists. Because of that hands-on background, the developers really understand the day-to-day challenges we face and the kinds of software fixes that actually work. If my shop were a small to mid-sized job shop operating under strict regulations, I honestly doubt I'd find a better fit anywhere.

Cons

There aren't many built-in guardrails, so I have to stay vigilant, and I notice that improperly formatted entries can affect how I use the system.

Pros

What I really appreciate is that it's cloud-based, so I can jump into my work from anywhere and actually get things done without being stuck at the shop computer. The Support team has also been excellent at handling any questions or issues that come up which makes things much less stressful. The interface is simple to click through and navigate and there are hyperlinks sprinkled throughout that take me straight to various part details, customer records, or work order information.

Cons

Uploading a single image at a time is frustrating, and I find editing uploaded file names requires repeated steps that slow me down.

I'm really impressed with this software and use it every day. Because it's designed as a paperless system, it has made our record keeping far less of a headache and much more organized than before. The interface is very user-friendly and navigation through different screens is smooth. Since it's Internet-based, I can upload photos and videos and attach them to a specific job or operation which helps with documentation. Job costing updates live throughout the process so I always see current numbers. Monitoring machine efficiency, utilization and indirect time is simple and clear. I also find it easy to create custom search queries and pull highly specific reports that fit unique aspects of our business. It honestly goes on and on with useful features.

Cons

The scheduling tool was awkward at first, and I struggled until I found that the new drag-and-drop scheduler helps me reorganize jobs much faster and more efficiently.

The user interface is really easy and easy to pick up, so I don't have to struggle with the application or spend a lot of time learning it. Because of that I can monitor my products' manufacturing and production processes in a much simpler and more practical way which has been incredibly helpful for keeping our business organized. I also appreciate that it supports integrations with other programs, since that makes it simple for me to expand and customize its features. For example, I can access administrative and accounting data right from the same interface instead of opening several different tools which saves me time and reduces mistakes. On top of all that, their customer support has been excellent, whenever something crops up they respond quickly and effectively and their help has prevented a lot of potential headaches for the whole team. All in all, the UI simplicity, process visibility, integration capabilities and responsive support have made the app a practical part of our daily operations.

Honestly, I can't find much to complain about because this tool feels like a very complete solution for many of the issues we face at my company. The way it has handled problems with simplicity and practicality has impressed me and overall it hasn't given me any reasons to criticize its use, it's been dependable and effective for our needs.

The developers behind this program clearly understood precisely what someone seeking an ERP/CRM solution needs in our industry. Pretty much every aspect was easy to learn and simple to follow. The online help section lets users search for answers (and more often than not find them) before calling support. Work order and Customer PO areas are packed with detail, letting me enter every piece of information and access it easily. Buying COTS parts through the Vendor PO section is effortless, usually taking only a few seconds. That balance of being simple while still offering rich detail is honestly what makes it our team's top tool. I really appreciate that this application can hold such a large amount of data inside its modules which makes it simple for everyone on the team to track an order and understand precisely what's happening and when exactly.

Cons

Because the system includes a large number of modules and features, it did take us a couple of implementation and training sessions to learn everything but the implementation staff and trainers made the whole experience really easy for our team.

Pros

I'm finding it's exactly what was advertised. Before adopting this, we were juggling a collection of disconnected systems for project management, inventory, purchase orders and our QMS and as you'd expect, tasks slipped through the cracks and recordkeeping wasn't at the standard we required. Bringing everything together in one platform with live data has really transformed our shop's overall performance. People on the shop floor quickly became familiar with the different modules and required very little training to start using them effectively. Because the whole solution runs in a browser, it's easy to use and it instantly distributes information across the shop.

Cons

We haven't found any real drawbacks with the software. Our biggest limitation so far is simply that there are so many strong features available that we haven't explored them all yet. I'm personally looking forward to integrating the tooling module and using the part set-up capabilities as the next steps in our rollout, that should open up even more value for us.

From my experience, this is one of the top ERP solutions available today because it's web-based and gives me full control over all manufacturing activities that take place. Because the service is hosted in the cloud, my team can access it from anywhere which makes monitoring processes much easier. I also appreciate that it includes a reporting and analytics module which delivers highly useful insights and it manages purchase orders, quotes, security administration and shipping controls, among other functions. Compared with other ERP packages I've used, it becomes very easy once people learn the system, its interface feels relatively fast and stable and I get high performance while working with it.

The cost can be a real hurdle for many potential users, and I find it much pricier than alternative ERP options, making it less appealing for smaller businesses. I also notice the interface carries a modest learning curve, so more comprehensive documentation or tutorials would help new team members get up to speed faster.

it delivers real-time, easily reachable information, the data truly feels like it's at my fingertips. I can check a job's status within seconds and confidently update customers on progress. With a simple query I'm able to pull up past jobs to see production times, out-of-pocket costs, setup details and other helpful notes. Beyond that, it gives me a clear view of shop capacity and the schedule which is essential for meeting growing customer expectations and deciding if we can take on and prioritize expedited orders. It's made planning and communication noticeably smoother for me.

okay so what I appreciate most about this tool is being able to look across every machining cell and see which jobs are currently running. From several dashboards I can quickly tell what's queued for outside processing, what's awaiting inspection, what's ready to ship to customers and what has already been invoiced. I also really like that every detail of a work order is reachable with a single click. Another big plus is that the Quality Management System is built right in, making it extremely simple for me to keep quality processes up to date consistently.

Customizable labeling would be very helpful, and I find it frustrating that I can't tailor part labels to match my customers' specific requirements.

For our business, this has become an all-in-one solution covering everything from quoting to getting paid, it genuinely handles the whole flow. I've seen how the software arms everyone, people in the office and on the shop floor, with the data they need to do their work effectively. When we ran our first quality audit using this system, it went smoothly and felt effortless.
