“powerful tools”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this software: it scales well, offers a broad set of tools and supports role based access along with server and repository sharing. The integrations are also very useful especially with JIRA, IBM RTC WM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and similar platforms. On top of that it feels cost effective for what it provides.
Cons
The downside is that the design feels outdated and the UI isn't very user friendly. It can be hard to understand where things are or quickly find the tools you need and the overall complexity makes it harder to work with. Performance issues also come up which adds to the frustration.

“Amazing software!”
Pros
Has been a very capable and full featured tool for modeling and design. It supports a wide range of model types including UML, BPMN, SysML and others which makes it useful across different kinds of projects. The collaboration features are also strong with version control and team review options that work well for shared modeling and design work. Another big advantage is how well it connects with other platforms and tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse and JIRA. On top of that its reporting features are advanced and helpful making it quick to produce detailed reports and documentation.
Cons
Because it includes so many advanced capabilities the software can feel complicated to configure and use especially for people without much technical experience. New users may also need time to learn the system before they can really take full advantage of everything it offers. The pricing can be a concern as well particularly for small and mid sized businesses. In addition the interface may feel cluttered at times which can make navigation less accessible for some users.

“offers a lot of depth”
Pros
There's a broad selection of languages and models available to work with and the platform offers a lot of depth when it comes to collaboration and project wide modeling. It handles complex work very well overall.
Cons
A few features can be a bit tucked away though that's fairly understandable given how complex the software is.
