Pros
the tool covers a wide range of functions and handles a large amount of our data without issues. Over the past year, I've seen steady improvements, especially with new features and stronger customer support. The AR module with future invoice pricing has been especially useful for my day-to-day work.
Cons
From my experience, the product isn't very user-friendly. Several tasks that should run automatically require a lot of manual setup on the backend before they'll work which slows us down. When I contact customer support I've received conflicting answers to the same question from different reps, so the guidance can be inconsistent. New modules and features are released without any training and I would really appreciate a webinar or walk-through on best practices for a new module. It frequently feels like I'm left on my own to figure out how to implement new functionality.

Pros
Another thing I like is that the product keeps getting regular updates, which helps it stay current with industry changes and workforce needs. For me, the full-service approach makes it much easier to bring new solutions into our workflow without extra effort.
Cons
We've found the system can feel pretty tough to operate and after we've been using it for a long time it becomes prohibitively difficult to adapt our original configuration so it works smoothly with the newer modules and features.

“Payroll and scheduling in one system”
Pros
What I value most is being able to handle Payroll, AR, AP, GL, QA, and Scheduling all from one place. Every time I reach out, I find the support team knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and for me, eHub by TEAM has made timekeeping much easier to manage.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that some features, like Work Scheduling, still depend largely on the tool's main database which uses a less user-friendly interface. It can be awkward for anyone who doesn't work with that system daily and can slow down routine scheduling tasks.

I've found WinTeam lets me manage Payroll, AR, AP, GL, QA and Scheduling together in one system, which really streamlines how I work. Their customer support has always been knowledgeable and willing to help whenever I need them and eHub by TEAM makes timekeeping simple and hassle-free.
Cons
However, I've noticed that certain capabilities like Work Scheduling still rely largely on the main WinTeam database and I find that interface much less user-friendly for someone like me who doesn't use it every day.

I've found WinTeam provides extensive functionality and robustly handles much of our data. Over the last year I've noticed the team has genuinely progressed in product development and customer support. The feature I appreciated most was the new AR module that includes future invoice pricing capability.
Cons
We find the product difficult to use. Many tasks that ought to run automatically require extensive back-end configuration to get them working. When we call customer service, different representatives sometimes give contradictory answers to the same question. New modules or features are released without training. I would love for them to offer a webinar walking through best practices for any new module. Too often it feels like we're left on our own to figure out and implement new capabilities and ongoing support.

Pros
One thing I really value is how the company actually listens to what users need so our businesses can run smoothly and they follow through by continually improving the software. I also like being able to create custom reports and book time with a trainer whenever I need help with a specific module or when I'm setting up a new feature that guidance has been very helpful. On top of that the eHub app is a very practical tool that my employees and supervisors use out in the field, making day-to-day work much easier.
Cons
For me, Citrix is a major drawback as it s so clunky and awkward to use that navigation becomes a real hassle and saving reports is particularly troublesome because the server is hosted remotely, which adds lag and extra steps when I'm trying to get work done quickly.

One of the biggest advantages for me is the clean, user-friendly layout. The reports I generate regularly help me stay on top of scheduling and payroll, whether I'm looking at things daily, weekly, or monthly.
Cons
My sole gripe was that this tool didn't share enough data with EHUB from the start. After I attended this year's conference, I discovered how the team is integrating the two platforms. We've since put into practice in our organization several of the ideas we picked up there!

Having the ability to manage an entire company from one platform matters a lot to me. With this system, I can oversee HR, accounting, scheduling, payroll, and more without juggling multiple tools.
Cons
there isn't a whole lot I dislike about it but what I do like or don't like could be totally different for someone else, everyone has their own preferences and what bothers me might not even register as an issue for another user.

From an operations standpoint, I appreciate that field work and back-office functions like accounting and HR are fully connected. The EHub link gives my field manager and staff quick access to the data and documents they need, all within one app.
Cons
