So far, I've found the system quick to learn and easy to work with, which has made onboarding much less stressful for me.

Pros

What leaves a strong impression on me is how clean the interface feels and the fact that F1 help is available on every screen. I also like the Portal concept, and I appreciate that customer feedback actually leads to real changes in the product.

Cons

One major drawback I've noticed is that the different modules aren't tightly integrated. It would be much more useful if vendor master files were shared across Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

complex navigation

Pros

it comes with a great deal of built-in features tailored for janitorial and security service providers. I find the software to be extremely sturdy and dependable.

Cons

That said, I struggle with how clunky the navigation can be. Because there's so much going on, it requires a fair amount of training and upfront effort to learn.

Strong job costing and reporting tools

Pros

Once I completed some training, I found the system pretty easy to use. It's excellent for job costing and I can export data from reports or screens to build my own pivot tables.

Cons

Personally, I find that the exports are limited to raw CSV or XLS files which means I have to do extra cleanup before using the data.

I find the application's workflow smooth and it provides great core functionality.

Cons

I'd really appreciate a data dictionary or some kind of reference to simplify and speed up reporting and I think adding a few more customizable fields would be very beneficial.

Informative and well-run training sessions

Pros

Every time I attend one of the sessions, I walk away having learned something new, and I can tell the facilitators really know their stuff. I think the staff does an excellent job overall.

Cons

They're far too brief, I'd much prefer the sessions be stretched to three days rather than just two.

From our side, we see the software as very flexible, and I like that it works as an all-in-one system for running our business.

Cons

setup can feel somewhat overwhelming during implementation and I think the on-screen font/view could be enlarged for easier readability which at times becomes a bit frustrating for everyday use.

What I notice most is the sheer number of features available, which lets me handle almost everything I need in one place.

Outdated interface with sync issues

Pros

it performs well and includes the core tools a security company depends on, and I'm able to generate many different reports that actually help me make decisions.

Cons

the interface feels stuck in the 1990s, very dated and I find it somewhat clunky to use, it doesn't sync flawlessly with ADP and I personally have to go through quite a bit of effort just to sign in.

From my point of view, the platform includes a lot of industry-relevant features and I've had good experiences with customer support when I've needed help.

Cons

Sometimes I feel constrained in what I can do within our sales and work ticket workflows for certain tasks and processes. I also dislike that the CRM can't be used offline at all since we don't always have reliable cell reception.

As far as my work goes, the program includes so many features that I don't feel the need to rely on other apps to get things done.

Cons

Not a con cz I love this tool!! I discover new capabilities in the program almost every day because there's so much packed into it but usually I have to spend time researching online or actually calling customer service to figure things out.

Day to day, I'm able to move between different sections quickly, and I really like keeping multiple windows open at the same time while I work.
