In practice, I've found it extremely useful for organizing teams and making sure managers and supervisors keep staffing levels efficient across shifts.
Cons
My primary annoyance is with mostly small things when configuring the schedule pages to better align with how we actually work, overall the software performs its core duties but it can feel frustrating at times. When I don't use a feature every day or every week, I often have to relearn how to configure it because the setup isn't particularly simple for someone like me who isn't very tech-oriented.

“Confusing inventory number sorting”
Pros
What really helps me is being able to keep multiple tabs open at once, and depending on usage, I can even work across several company databases at the same time. Overall, I find the program easy to work with, and I move between A/R, A/P, Inventory, Job Costing, HR, and payroll throughout the day while pulling almost any report I need.
Cons
What bothers me is how it orders numeric codes, it doesn't follow true sequential sorting but treats each digit's value independently. For example, my inventory list shows 10099 followed by 101, then 1010, 1011 and so forth, after 1019 it jumps to 102, then 1020 and 10204. Because it sorts by digit values rather than numeric sequence, I find it really hard to locate items when our warehouse database is large.

Pros
Being in the commercial janitorial business, I really appreciate that this tool was built specifically for my industry. It handles everything, from estimates and scheduling to timekeeping, payroll, invoicing and even benefits management, allowing me to manage every part of my company.
Cons
One frustrating limitation I run into is that not all reports can be printed which would be really useful for my workflow. Beyond that, I struggle a bit with creating custom reports, it's not especially simple, and there are certain items that just won't print at all. On top of that, the accounting side isn't as easy as something like QuickBooks. I can dig into the tiniest details across my business but I still rely on my accountant to help interpret and manage those financials.

the software gives me plenty of options to enter information and pull detailed reports whenever I need them. It feels flexible enough to handle different situations.
Cons
Training employees is extremely difficult and I would almost completely avoid this software in most cases. I honestly feel like this tool is built more for computer programmers than the average user, so teaching typical staff to use it is a real challenge.
