Clear toolbar by department

Pros

I like that the system toolbar is on the left and it organizes items by department with itemized categories.

Cons

Sorting isn't available in certain sections, and I struggle with creating back orders.

Simple interface and helpful reports

Pros

One of the things I like most about WinTeam is how�simple�the interface is. The reports I pull are really helpful for managing schedules and processing payroll on a daily, weekly and monthly basis without a lot of extra effort.

Cons

My main gripe used to be that WinTeam didn't share enough data with EHUB, which caused some headaches. After I went to the conference this year, I discovered how the teams are integrating those two platforms and we've already applied several of the strategies and changes we learned there.

Lets you manage everything from one

Pros

I appreciate that WinTeam lets you manage a company from one application, handling HR and other administrative tasks. One system covers all departments like HR, accounting, scheduling, payroll, etc.

Cons

For me there isn't much I dislike but what I like or dislike may be completely different for someone else. We all have our preferences and that's okay.

Appreciate how system brings everything together

Pros

What I appreciate most is how the system brings field operations together with back-office functions like accounting and HR into a single platform. Everything my team needs lives inside this one software core. The EHub integration gives our field manager and staff immediate access to data and documents, all conveniently available in one app.

Cons

I wish it weren't still tied to Citrix however, I know they're actively migrating off it.

Cons

User friendly with helpful f1 key

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. Having the F1 key on every screen helps. I also appreciate the Portal concept. I love that you take customer feedback and then implement meaningful changes.

Cons

The modules are not well integrated. I wish vendor master files were shared between Payroll, AR and AP modules by default for example.

Cons

I'd love a basic data dictionary or similar resource to simplify reporting and I think adding additional customizable fields would really help.

Always walk away learning something

Pros

I always walk away learning something new from these sessions because the facilitators really know their stuff and the staff consistently do an outstanding job.

Cons

The sessions are far too short i mean I'd much prefer stretching the sessions to three days instead of just two.

Impressed by built-in tailored functionality

Pros

From my experience, the amount of built-in functionality tailored to janitorial and security services impressed me. Plus the application feels very robust and comprehensive.

Cons

That said I find the system hard to navigate as there is so much functionality that it requires training and some investment to get the hang of it.

Pros

After a bit of training I found it�easy�to use. It handles job costing really well. I can export data from reports or screens to build my own pivot tables.

Cons

What bugs me is that I can only export data as raw CSV or XLS files without any formatting.

Cons

Cons

Pros

I've found that it reliably gets the job done: it includes the necessary tools security companies require to operate and I can generate a wide variety of useful reports.

Cons

Honestly the interface feels stuck in the 1990s and pretty outdated. I also find it somewhat clunky to use, its integration with ADP is imperfect and logging in often requires extra effort and time.

Solutions that really fit

Pros

For anyone working in the building services or security contractor software world, this program offers solutions that really fit. I've found that although it runs on an older framework, it packs serious horsepower. We depend on it to manage our building services company and the staff who support it are genuinely a pleasure to collaborate with.

Cons

I find that because it's based on an older framework, it's difficult to push new ideas and features into the system, which can hinder our ability to innovate quickly.

Pros

I'm impressed by the extensive set of industry-tailored features it offers and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful.

Cons

We often feel constrained by limits in what we can do within the sales and work-ticket workflows, which hampers some daily tasks. I also dislike that the CRM portion requires an internet connection, since we frequently have poor cellular coverage and need offline access.
