“worth every penny”
Pros
Right from the setup stage, the team has been very supportive the whole way through. The cost feels completely justified and we've really been enjoying the automations. It's making our business more efficient and functional, while also giving us plenty of exciting tools that make the experience feel personal and customizable for our clients. Even though we don't have everything fully launched yet, we're already noticing positive results just from bringing inquiries into the system.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little slow to load. I'm not completely sure whether that's coming from the platform itself or from our internet connection.

It comes with a wide range of built in features, including a sales automation platform and tools that let customers create their own proposals.
Cons
Unfortunately, a lot of those features either don't function properly or take too much effort to get working. The platform itself is awkward to use, poorly designed and overall feels very laggy. Ongoing issues have continued to affect our business and are costing us bookings.

Pros
Having events and client relationships managed in one place has been the biggest advantage of using this. The platform feels user friendly and it has helped our team stay organized while working more efficiently. The reporting tools give us useful insights and the event management features have cut down the time we used to spend on tasks significantly. We also want to give a special shout out to the support team, who has been wonderful to work with. They have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and supportive the entire time. Their willingness to help and make sure we're getting the most out of the platform has truly made an impact. It's an excellent product supported by an equally excellent team.
Cons
Getting started was probably the toughest part of the experience but the support team stayed responsive and helpful throughout which made the transition much more manageable.
