Even though we've only been using it for a short period, we've already seen a return on investment thanks to better efficiency and the ability to catch incidents that likely would have gone unnoticed before.

Cons

At this point, we haven't come across anything we dislike.

outstanding care shown by support team

Pros

The level of customer service and attention they provide is hard to beat. The team stays involved, is approachable, helpful, quick to respond and genuinely caring.

Cons

I really like the product overall but I do wish the training tracking setup worked more like a learning management system so it would take less time and effort.

saves me a lot of time

Pros

Filling out incident reports and safety audits is very quick. The dropdown menus and autofill features cut down the time it takes and being able to use it on mobile devices is incredibly useful for us on a regular basis.

Cons

Can't think of anything to complain about. Any issues we needed addressed seem to have already been fixed or updated in a way that supports how we use the system so it's working exactly the way we need it to.
