Love the app and support

Pros

I really like the ability to send tickets directly to SXP. Also the reports I can generate have made my job much easier.

Cons

One feature I would love to see is the ability to send tickets to SXP in bulk. I know they are always working to improve the app so I am hopeful this will be part of a future update.
