“Good for multiple companies, updates often break other features”
Pros
Moving between companies is quite smooth. Moreover the ability to pull reports from any company without switching first is quite helpful.
Cons
The software is generally stable, but we frequently face issues during updates and this is our primary concern.

“DO NOT PURCHASE - Look elsewhere $$$$$”
Pros
With a full development team and subject matter experts from each department, the software offers wide range of configurability options.
Cons
The support staff's performance is disappointing, scoring a 2 out of 10 on most days. They often struggle to answer frequent questions, and when faced with such inquiries, they simply shrug and close the issue. We were forced into adopting a half-baked cloud solution that effected our performance pretty badly, and it ended up costing us five times more than our previous on-premises solution. Trimble, the parent company, offers other software for different purposes, but this particular one is the worst. Unless you have a massive development team, 5000 spare labor hours and a substantial budget, you won't benefit from this software, especially considering the lengthy onboarding process that can take anywhere from 30 to 1600 days. By the time you reach the last 90% of your engagement, you will be dealing with time and materials billings.
