So far, things have been pretty good. The customer support is top-notch.
Cons
No Purchase Orders (P.O.'s) allowed here! This system does not support or facilitate the use of purchase orders in any capacity, which is quite limiting for businesses that rely on P.O.'s for their operations.

“Compared to other applications, this is really the best application.
Pros
Perfect for new businesses looking to go paperless. I've never come across such an inventive application before. I suggest it to everyone; I'm sure anyone who uses this app won't be disappointed. It's the best option.
Cons
HCP is focusing more on marketing now, shifting from serving professional clients to targeting warranty companies. There's no effective way to search for jobs and clients using keywords on the main page, a feature commonly found on Google platforms. My main issue: Emails sent to clients go through HCP without giving pros copies of what's been sent. This lack of traceability compliance means jobs can be edited after client billing, with no way for our office to verify what clients have received since HCP can't retrieve it after 7 days.

It's very simple to use with an intuitive design. It's user-friendly from the start and is quick and easy for new employees to pick up. One of the best aspects is the customer support. It's excellent. They always resolve issues, even if it means researching and getting back to me the next day (and they do).
Cons
I'd like to see more integrations, and it's frustrating that you can't see the employee's time tracking.

“Credit Card Disputes Won but money being withheld

At this point, nothing. I dislike any company or person holding onto money that belongs to me.
Cons
After winning credit card disputes, Housecall Pro decided to withhold depositing my funds, which total over $4,000. They are withholding my money and wouldn't provide a reason when I started recording the call. They told me to contact their legal department. Funny thing is, they record all calls. Best to find a company that actually wants you to succeed.

The appointment reminders and automatic client communication ensured we maintained clear and consistent interaction during jobs. I loved that when a tech was on their way to the next job, they could click a button to notify the client with an updated ETA.
Cons
The automatic invoice reminders caused some issues for our clients. We worked with real estate transactions that got paid once the house went to closing. The agents I worked with received a lot of reminder emails, and it was difficult to configure the settings for automatic invoice reminders.
