Pros
I really appreciate how versatile it is. There's a lot you can handle within the system which makes it feel very capable for day-to-day use.
Cons
The switch from QuickBooks is still taking some work and I'm still learning the ins and outs of the accounting side.

“Powerful platform for growth”
Pros
Nearly everything we need can be handled in this software which has made a real difference in helping our company grow. It's been nice having a platform that can continue to support us as we expand.
Cons
I want built-in inventory management and I'm not a fan of using Stripe for payment processing. That said I am happy they're beginning to add payroll features.

“Easy to collect payments”
Pros
Its quite easy to handle. I can put together an estimate, turn it into a job once the customer approves it, send the invoice and even collect payment right through the website or app.
Cons
The online scheduling tool seems useful in theory but we hardly use it. On the occasions we have, emails have gone missing or customers picked the wrong responses which created confusion. Scheduling jobs that span multiple days is also kind of a hassle. We moved over from Jobber and setting up multi-day jobs there was much simpler.

It feels like a user-friendly all-in-one tool for this kind of work. It really acts like a Swiss army knife in its field, handling a wide range of tasks and doing each of them very well.

There really isn't anything about this product that feels worth using.
Cons
Any time we sent an invoice over $1,000, they required three months of financial records and bank statements just to allow the customer to pay us by credit card. This happened on every single invoice above $1,000 which made the whole process incredibly frustrating.

“Lack of phone support”

Losing phone support completely ruined the software for me.
Cons
Once they got rid of telephone support, the only help available was through chat and email. That was enough for me to leave and move to another company that actually seemed to value its customers enough to speak with them directly. Then a few weeks later, out of nowhere, HCP started calling me to try to win me back. When I explained that I was satisfied with the new CRM I had switched to, the salesperson told me they had brought phone support back and asked if I would return. I said no and clearly asked them to stop calling but since then I have received three more calls and they still will not leave me alone.

Pros
Being able to store everything in the price book has been really helpful and it's nice that we can adjust things anytime we need to.
Cons
I still struggle with the dashboard. I wish I had a clearer plan for using it because I hardly ever go there. I want to use it more but I haven't figured out how to make it feel useful or user-friendly for me yet. Most of the time, I just go straight to the calendar and customer sections.

“Wonderful service agreement feature”
Pros
Getting it connected and up and running was easy. The service agreement feature has been especially helpful because it automatically reaches out to customers when it's time to schedule service or renew. I also really appreciate that invoices can be sent out weekly and that we're able to text invoices directly to customers.
Cons
At the moment, I can't think of anything negative to mention.

Getting comfortable with it didn't take long at all. It's very simple to use and within about 2-3 days I had already learned all the ins and outs of the system.
Cons
The only issue I ever ran into was when I needed to create several different estimates for one customer and had to send each one separately. That said they've already addressed it with option tabs that let you build multiple estimates and send them all at once so the problem was fixed before I even had a chance to really complain.

Pros
Once everything is set up with your materials and services, invoicing becomes incredibly quick. At that point, it's basically just selecting what you need, adding the quantity and it's done. The initial setup does take some time but after that the process feels very simple.
Cons
I still haven't been able to figure out how to transfer an invoice to a different customer without having to recreate the entire thing from scratch.
