The ratings system has been my favorite part of the platform.
Cons
I can't block off an employee's schedule unless I create a job. There are times when someone is off or in training and it would be really helpful to have that option without needing to make a job first.

Pros
Planning out the whole week is really simple with this and that's something I've genuinely appreciated.
Cons
It still lacks some of the more advanced reporting for job costing that you'd normally expect in a system like HP although there are workarounds. It's not ideal and I'm hoping they add that soon.

“promising features and client reminders”
Pros
Seeing how many built-in functions there were for sending client reminders is what got me interested in the program in the first place. One of the biggest complaints from clients is not getting enough reminders and not knowing when teams will arrive so that feature really matters. My concern is that the reminders in this program still aren't detailed enough. The app that connects with the system also doesn't give me everything I need. Zenmaid handles that part better so it seems like this should be possible although it was missing other features this program offers. If the reminder details were improved, this software would be amazing.
Cons
The reminder system still isn't flexible enough to let me tailor different kinds of reminders the way I need to.

“appointment scheduling done right”
Pros
Most of what I use it for is booking appointments, checking which technicians are available and seeing who already has jobs assigned. I've also tested the invoicing feature but I'm holding off on using it full time until the subscription with my current invoicing service runs out.
Cons
Honestly there really isn't anything about this program that I dislike. If I had to name one thing, it would just be wishing I had started using it a lot sooner.

Pros
Scheduling and proposal creation have been fantastic. The apps are simple to use and it even reaches out to customers for us which I absolutely love.
Cons
The frustrating part is not being able to talk to someone directly when there's an issue. It's always through chat which makes it harder to fully explain what's happening and getting help can take a while.

extremely easy to use. The system is simple to handle, the tags make it much easier to keep track of clients and understand them later and the online booking option for customers is a really useful feature.
Cons
It would be much more helpful if bundled services could be booked together. Right now, I have to break the bundle apart and schedule each service separately. The 3% service charge to collect payments also feels high especially on top of the monthly fee for the H/C app which can really add up for a small business owner. I'd also like to be able to assign customized time slots to each service when creating the service list since that would save time during scheduling.

Found it userfriendly and learning how to use it didn't take much time. The notifications have really been a game changer.
Cons
It would be better if the app let users search the customer database using details like the date of the last service and handle reminders or estimate follow-ups directly in the platform for more complete CRM and sales functionality. It also feels somewhat inflexible for businesses outside of the HVAC industry.

Pros
One thing we especially value is giving customers a chance to "meet" our technicians before they arrive. Having a photo and name ahead of time adds a level of reassurance that really matters especially during uncertain times. We also appreciate being able to take payments on site which helps cut down on duplicate entries.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to dislike about the software. The only minor issue is that the included service plans do not always leave enough room for all the information we would prefer to add, though I can see that they would likely be sufficient for many other users.

Getting started with the basic tools was quick and the system is very simple to use. The software has also been consistently available with strong uptime.
Cons
Support is extremely slow and barely helpful. Their so-called help is chat-only and after spending more than an hour and a half there, I still got nowhere with the system issues. There's no option to speak with a real person live and they don't provide any phone number to call the company.

After trying around six different CRM platforms, this one has been the best fit for us. We especially love it for scheduling and collecting reviews and the fact that it brings everything together in one all-in-one solution makes it even better.
Cons
The only thing that feels a bit excessive is sending both an email and a text to ask for reviews. It would be much better if there were a setting to choose one or the other instead.

Cons

Our techs have really taken to this system. We switched over from another platform and the experience out in the field has been outstanding.
Cons
I do wish the payroll reports included totals and felt a bit more polished overall. It would also help if each job on the schedule could be labeled with statuses like "fit in," "Not Confirmed," or "Confirmed." I'd also love a quick search option for estimate numbers or invoice numbers. That feature may already exist but I haven't been able to find it yet. Another thing I miss from our previous software is being able to drag and drop item details onto an invoice or estimate.

Pros
Right away, this software started helping me keep track of CRM details and communicate with clients in a much more professional way. It has organized the whole process and made a noticeable difference in how I handle invoicing and manage revenue. Tasks that used to require three or four separate apps can now be done in one place and Housecall Pro does them even better.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints, aside from a small learning curve at the beginning. Most of the issues I ran into were things I was able to figure out myself as I got more familiar with the system over time.
