Pros
Instead of jumping between different apps to manage jobs and keep work orders organized, I can handle everything in Housecall Pro. All the details I need stay in one place, from getting the work order through sending the customer invoice. It keeps everything organized, consolidated and looking professional.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything with Housecall Pro that feels like a real weak point. If I had to mention something, it would just be a fun extra like more customization options for the background, colors or overall design.

“Excellent for field data collection”
Pros
Using it for patient data collection across 52 districts has worked out really well for us. Collecting household information through the software is simple and the mobile access is especially helpful since our field workers are spread across different locations. Assigning field executives to their respective districts is convenient and features like calendar synchronization, service history, work order management and the client database are all well organized, easy to retrieve and simple to understand.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues while using it for field data collection work.

It was simple to operate and it came with plenty of add-ons that made it more useful.
Cons
They advertise online payments as an included feature but if you don't use it often enough, they take away access which feels misleading.

Pros

Pros
Compared with a lot of other CRM/FSM platforms, it gives you the functionality and bundled features of a much bigger system at a fraction of the price. There are no crazy per-user fees or excessive add-on charges, just flat-rate packages that are fair, affordable and practical even for very small home service businesses. Amazing overall and very usable.
Cons
I still haven't figured out how to switch an invoice to a different customer without having to start over from scratch.

Overall it's a solid tool. What works well for us is being able to handle business processes directly in the cloud and improve the way we work without dealing with something complicated or needing any previous systems in place.
Cons
It integrates nicely with the system I already use and that has made it very practical for me. I can even manage it from a smartphone and it doesn't feel expensive or hard to use.

The platform itself is pretty decent, simple to use and not too difficult to figure out.
Cons
Customer support is easily the biggest issue. The agents can come across as rude and short and I really wish I could say it only happened once. I'd love to say it was just 7 or 8 times but that wouldn't be true.

Cons

Pros
Having less paperwork in the office is a big plus and being able to pull up a customer's history along with photos of completed repairs is really helpful. Whenever there's any uncertainty, I can just go back and check the history.
Cons
One issue I've run into is with the mobile version since it doesn't always display all the information properly. Sometimes jobs or estimates don't show up where they're supposed to so I have to search for the customer and open the history to find invoices or estimates.

Pros
One of the most useful parts of this software has been being able to manage, track and schedule appointments directly from the app. It's also really helpful that I can monitor payments and keep payment records in the same place without needing anything else.
Cons
Getting the app set up at the beginning was a bit challenging and it took some time to figure out how everything worked. Once I got the hang of it though, I was able to use it without much trouble.
