Miracle Service Features
Technician Scheduling
Scheduling tools ensure technicians arrive prepared with the right parts and updated customer details. Real-time access to service notifications and suggested parts helps reduce callbacks, speed up booking, and improve the overall customer experience, while keeping service call processes organized and efficient.
Service Contract Management
Contract management capabilities store terms, inclusions, and maintenance schedules in one place. Automated tracking and billing based on contract rules help prevent missed charges, ensure accurate invoices, and make it easier for service teams to manage recurring commitments for multiple customers without manual oversight.
Billing And Invoice Management
The billing system generates accurate invoices linked to contracts, equipment, and special pricing. Month-end invoicing can be processed in bulk, and exports to accounting packages eliminate duplicate data entry, reducing administrative workload and maintaining consistency between service and financial records.

Preventative maintenance scheduling allows service teams to plan equipment checks before failures occur. By tracking due dates, parts, and historical service data, the system minimizes unexpected downtime, extends asset lifespan, and ensures contractual maintenance obligations are met efficiently and on schedule.
Inventory Management

Pros
Miracle Service is very easy to use as even new users can get up and running in just a few hours. The service module is powerful and keeps all service tasks organized while the technician web portals give our team real-time access to calls. Techs can update notes, parts and close calls right from their phones which saves a lot of time. Plus creating toner and sales orders is effortless just enter the Unit ID and most of the info fills in automatically. The contracts module is also really flexible, letting you set up almost any billing scenario you need. Overall I would say it is a fantastic tool packed with useful features.
