Pros

I've found the ability to set up and track deliveries in real time very useful. It has made it much easier for us to keep in touch with our clients and to make fast decisions whenever new orders are added to an existing delivery run.

Cons

We get frustrated that you can't unschedule deliveries once a driver has viewed their assigned run which causes headaches. The real-time ETAs are often off and it would help a lot if the system could integrate live traffic from Waze or Google Maps. Also, I wish we could share a single delivery's ETA directly with a customer.

The routing feels very accurate and logical to me. I also appreciate the product's security features and the emphasis on operational safety.

Sometimes I find it awkward to build routes, particularly because I have to add return stops back to the terminal.

Its so easy to use. It gets people in the business up to speed really fast and I especially like the live tracking and delivery proof features.

I'm finding the platform simple to use, especially once the subheaders are configured properly. We deal with varying volumes of information our drivers must access and that data slots into the system effortlessly. It boosts route efficiency and improves overall productivity.

One issue I have is that it doesn't offer much flexibility when selecting different vehicle types. I'd really like to see a bike or cargo bike choice since those have distinct regulations compared to vans and similar vehicles for route planning purposes.

I've been using it every day for more than three years now and to me that already speaks volumes about its stability. It's consistently dependable, simple to use and has become a go-to tool in my daily operations.

That said, when there are last-minute route changes they sometimes reset pending orders and I find myself having to update each one manually which becomes tedious during particularly hectic shifts.

Overall it's simple to operate and I find it really easy to show colleagues how to use it. Since I began using the platform I've seen steady improvements. It now helps our team determine the daily number of drivers needed which in turn has cut costs for the company.

After working with it awhile, I get a feel for how it should behave and what my typical routes look like but when someone enters data incorrectly it's really difficult to figure out which input is causing the problem. I'm honestly not sure what the best fix would be.

I like that I can upload orders via a spreadsheet and they automatically populate which gives me a clear view of how to split deliveries across daily routes. Plus, I can add or remove stops on the fly for my driver.

The recent price hike bothers me. I feel long-time customers should have been kept on the original price we agreed to. On top of that, I really wish there was direct integration with Tesla navigation.

Its data management is fantastic, being able to go back and view photo proof is invaluable and it really helps when I do the monthly billing. I found the program very easy to learn with no steep learning curve and overall it feels like great value for the money!

My main wish is that it would integrate with an accounting package so it could automatically create invoices based on the time spent at each property which would organize billing and eliminate a lot of manual setup for me.

There are a few areas where the customer text notifications could be better, both before and after delivery. Customers currently have to click and confirm the delivery and if they don't, we end up having to message every customer again to verify that the delivery notifications were received.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure it's a capability I simply haven't explored yet but I find it unclear how to send follow-up messages to multiple customers after the first notification goes out or how to message individual customers separately.

Setting it up was a bit difficult, particularly configuring rules, territories and exceptions. To get the most out, you need clean data and to spend upfront time in configuration and training. Advanced reporting or integrations can demand extra effort based on your existing systems

The parts I liked least stemmed from its rigidity despite its power. Once routes are finalized on a day, I often can't adjust them easily to accommodate real-time changes. It also sometimes ignores local nuances or what drivers know best so the stop order can feel unrealistic. When unexpected jobs pop up I end up spending a lot of time fiddling with routes manually and getting the constraint settings right takes effort and learning before the output becomes reliable. Overall it shines with clean, predictable datasets but in fast-paced, highly variable environments it can feel constraining.

By simply adding addresses, my entire day gets planned in seconds. It saves me time every day from mapping the route to actually executing it. The software is simple to pick up and within minutes you can be producing efficient routes. As the sole person running my business, there are probably a lot of helpful features I haven't yet used.

I haven't seen any real downsides so far. I genuinely enjoy working with it every single day because it helps me get the most out of my time on the job.

I'm a big fan of the mobile integration, the live dashboard, the POD requirements and the report export tools, they all make it far easier for me to handle large delivery routes and keep my crew coordinated in real time. The export functions are genuinely useful but I wish they offered better access to photos and more flexibility overall. Ideally I could build custom reports for each client and control exactly what they can or cannot see. That matters because there are times when certain locations shouldn't be exposed or when particular details need to stay private. Having that level of granular control would make the reporting features much stronger.

When I'm managing dense delivery routes with many stops clustered close together, the route optimization between neighboring locations isn't very reliable and ends up creating extra work for me. The system frequently sequences stops out of logical order or has drivers crisscrossing the same areas which defeats the goal of efficient routing and forces me to manually reorganize routes that should already be optimized. For large drops with 100-plus locations, those inaccuracies accumulate quickly and hurt both time and fuel efficiency. I see potential in the tool but its handling of neighboring locations needs clear improvement.

Integration was really simple. I came across the software and had everything set up after just one or two phone calls. I like how easy it is to use.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit dated but as long as any refresh costs are absorbed through licensing fees, I'd rather keep it the way it is.
