Pros

It makes running my cleaning business so easy. I am not tech-savvy at all but it lets me handle everything in one place without any problem.

Cons

Really satisfied

Pros

I love the map view, the client feedback feature, the task bar and the reminders for birthdays and anniversaries.

Cons

Payroll takes extra time because I have to manually delete all the houses that did not get punched in, which can be a bit frustrating.

Big fan of ZenMaid

Pros

Super easy to use and saves me a lot of time. The scheduling is great and I like that it automatically emails or texts customers about their next cleaning and even follows up to ask how everything went.

Cons

Everything I need!

Pros

Scheduling is really simple and the system is easy to use. Also, training my team was quick and it has helped me save a lot of time with communication.

Cons

Everything has been great! I just wish there was a flat-rate pricing option for teams with fewer than six users.

Running my business without any problem

Pros

It has been great for our cleaning service! We have fewer lockouts and more payments since clients can add their payment details. It has really simplified a lot of things for us.

Cons

Paying extra for SMS messages is not ideal. A flat-rate plan would make things much easier.

Ultimate scheduling tool

Pros

ZenMaid has basically automated my scheduling, which has been a huge help for my business.

Cons

It is not really a complaint but more of a missing feature. Since I work with property management companies, I get work orders through email. It would be awesome if email bookings could sync with ZenMaid and schedule automatically.

Pros

It is super easy to use and getting started was very easy. It is also really affordable, which is a big plus. Also, thecustomer support team is always quick to help and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Cons

Truly fantastic tool

Pros

I like that I can schedule multiple jobs for multiple people and the email and text templates make communication with clients easy. The time clock and payroll features are also really useful.

Cons

The only issue I have noticed is that it lags sometimes but honestly, it could just be my computer. Not totally sure.

simpler than other systems

Pros

Scheduling is simple and uncluttered, really easy for me to use and I find it much more user-friendly than a lot of other software vendors I've tried.

Cons

What frustrates me is the absence of automation and the inability to choose office management role selections.

Happy with the free version

Pros

I'm happy that there's a free tier and I find it really easy to use. The customer support has been excellent and I like the logo. Overall so far everything has been working well for me.

Cons

Bookings can only be made up to six months ahead which feels limiting. Another issue is the flat per-employee pricing. It doesn't distinguish between full-time staff and part-timers or floaters who only clean a couple of homes each week so upgrading to the paid plan ends up too costly for us. Also, there's no integration with the Nextdoor app which would have been useful.

Simple to get the hang of

Pros

I'm finding it super simple to get the hang of and I really love that we can color-coordinate everything for quick visual organization.

Cons

It would be awesome if clients could add and edit their own notes themselves. I'd also prefer they be able to make schedule requests right in the same place instead of having to use a separate client app.

amazing features in free tier

Pros

The features included in the free tier are amazing. Now, I only pay for text reminders which fits my needs perfectly.

Cons

It would be great if I could purchase extra features a la carte. For instance, being able to add just the clock in/out functionality would be extremely useful for me.

Outperforms all other systems

Pros

I've found Zenmaid to be very flexible, letting just about anyone shape the platform to match how they want to work. My cleaners can see their own schedules and I'm able to set different permission levels so information is shared appropriately. We depend on the calendar for organizing several cleaning routes for more than ten cleaners. I use it to handle customer relationships, schedule bookings organize daily routes and forecast upcoming work. After trying several other systems, this one outperforms them all.

Cons

Across our four years, we've experienced only a single instance of downtime during business hours. Otherwise, I haven't noticed any drawbacks.

Pros

I have come to rely on the appointment alerts, work order reminders and the integrated time tracking. They keep my schedule and billing organized.

Cons

Sometimes I wish there were more flexible, customizable options for scheduling tasks and marking time off so it fits our team's needs better.
