Pros
Really appreciate the ability to set recurring appointments for clients, it's super handy. The one recurring pattern they don't support is scheduling monthly on a particular weekday, though they do offer an every-four-weeks option.
Cons
When it comes to cost, this tool feels ideal for smaller cleaning businesses. It's practically perfect at that scale. I haven't yet done the deep dive to calculate how much it might cost once my operation grows considerably but at the moment it seems pricier than some alternatives. even so, I have to admit that it covers so many maid-service needs that no other platform I've seen matches its breadth.

Cons
Honestly I wish there was a way for me to split income between residential and commercial jobs. It would also be great if the app allowed days to roll over into the next because several of our commercial shifts don't begin until 11 pm and right now I'm forced to book them only within the 11:00 pm to 11:59 pm window.

Cons
They kept charging me for six months while my account was inactive and there was nobody managing the account to address or stop those charges.

Found it easy to use and the UI feels friendly. Unlike Booking Koala, it's much better organized and simple to get started with.

To me, the customer support is awful and the app is missing several basic features that really should have been added.

Pros
Learning it was really simple and whenever I need help there's always someone ready to jump in. I absolutely love it and my team enjoys using it too. It cuts down on company time spent on admin and I appreciate being able to live abroad for chunks of the year while still running everything smoothly. It's given me so much more independence and freedom and documenting things is much simpler. I also like that we can charge credit cards with a single click and that the weekly billing cycle is handled automatically.
Cons
We've seen some solid updates to the mobile app and it's getting easier to make edits like scheduling changes and stamping invoices as paid but it still needs to be more flexible in a few areas. Overall it's heading in the right direction and I appreciate the improvements yet the visual design and general feel of the phone app could use a nicer, more polished look.

I enjoy the invoicing tools and the built-in time tracker as they make managing billing and hours so much easier. The whole interface is also very user-friendly so using it feels smooth and pleasant.
Cons
I don't really have any serious dislikes but one area that could use work is the daily report emails. They'd be more helpful if they were clearer and more customizable.

There was nothing remarkable about this program whatsoever. I had tried two other services before signing up for this one but they forced me to enter my credit card just to access the free trial. That proved a big mistake as their software was clearly inferior to the two I had previously tried.
Cons
They billed my card even though they advertise a "free trial" to new users. You have to enter your credit card just to get that trial. The app is clunky, lags frequently, lacks simple client fields that automatically populate invoices and even crashes occasionally. Worse, customer support is nonexistent. I couldn't find any way to cancel my subscription from my account. To resolve it I opened an email complaint and after days of going back and forth with their wildly inept support team they said they would cancel and remove my card details. Predictably, a week later they STILL charged my credit card $138 again, far more than my expected monthly fee without warning. I couldn't reach anyone at the company so I ultimately had to contact my bank and request a chargeback. Take this as a warning. I believe this company is fraudulent.

Cons

As someone new to scheduling, I found this software really simple and it was quick to get started. When I wanted to hook up other services that work with it, I discovered there's an optional course they recommend buying. From my experience it links with most of the big billing and marketing platforms and getting going felt simple.
Cons
Sometimes the app runs slowly or unexpectedly jumps me forward to a week I didn't want to view which is frustrating. To fix it I end up clicking around a few times and usually have to close the program and reopen it.

“A lot of bugs and poor service”
Pros
We're able to book and organize client appointments without trouble, although there are some limitations. Up to now I haven't faceed any problems with clients receiving email or text-message reminders.
Cons
There are too many problems to list. I find myself reaching out to tech support almost every other day about various glitches. They rarely pick up the phone and instead shove you toward the in-app chat which isn't really a chat because responses can take hours to arrive from a representative. Beyond that, I've faced several other bugs. The app often behaves fine if I don't touch anything but as soon as I make updates I frequently have to close the app completely and restart it to get it working again. My team constantly struggles to clock in and out through the app which disrupts our operations. The biggest concern for me is the lack of security options on the payment page when customers pay with credit cards. They have flat-out refused to alter that page to better protect our clients' data and that feels unacceptable.
