“Gives quick access to schedules”
Pros
For me, this app gives quick and easy access so our employees and I can set their schedules and it also lets them leave notes or upload photos related to any assignments directly within the app.
Cons
The biggest drawback I've seen is that whenever one of my employees works past midnight, the app automatically starts a new day for them instead of allowing them to finish the assignments as part of that same scheduled day.

I find it extremely easy to use. everything is clearly explained and it works wonderfully for me.
Cons

Pros
I genuinely enjoyed all aspects of ZenMaid aside from the two issues mentioned below. They proved dealbreakers.
Cons
I couldn't arrange appointments with a credit card and there weren't any built-in automated Google review request features.

“Really annoyed!”
Pros
At first I was excited about switching to digital for scheduling and similar tasks. But after I dug in, there were plenty of shortcomings. I've used Jobber since July and honestly prefer their platform by a long shot.
Cons
I'm really upset that after cancelling I immediately lost access to my financial records. Tax season requires those documents yet I'm told I must re-subscribe just to retrieve them. To me that's poor customer practice and I expected a notice at cancellation so I could download everything before leaving. That's exactly why I'm posting this feedback now. Up until today I would have said the app simply wasn't the right fit but being locked out of essential data pushed me from mildly disappointed to legitimately annoyed.

“It has improved so much over the years”
Pros
When my cleaning business tried it, they really nailed it with the updates and platform development. The progress they've made over the years is incredible. I had checked them out several years ago and it wasn't a good match for us at that time. Now, with the recent upgrades and changes, I honestly can't say enough about how much it's transformed our business. My team prefers it over every other program we've used. And on top of that, they even handled our migration to their platform for free.
Cons
I think their reviews platform could use some improvement. It's not where I want it to be yet. Recently I noticed they started addressing that specific issue and they're actively working toward a fix. I'm genuinely excited to see the updates when they arrive.

It is not difficult to handle. The training videos and all the resources they offer make it simple to overcome the learning curve when I'm swamped. everything looks polished and attractive and the booking form alone has driven a huge amount of new business my way.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides. The team keeps releasing updates and improvements regularly and I truly value that they actively ask users for feedback and suggestions.

Pros
Using this software has been really simple for me. I even set it up on my website without any trouble. What stands out most are the booking form and the payroll features. I can configure payroll to pay by percentage or by hourly rates and I can store a lot of details about each employee so I can easily track them. The booking form also cuts down on paperwork since I'm not handling much paper per client anymore.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any major dislikes about this app. It's exactly what I was hoping to find and I'm happy I came across it. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to make it an all-in-one solution. either add built-in accounting or offer integrations with tools like QuickBooks and Google Calendar so everything syncs together.

Pros
For me, the email templates are incredibly well done. I can schedule automated texts with daily reminders and the whole system is really simple to use. I also love that it integrates with Zapier so I can automate parts of my business and they keep adding new features which is the best part because they continually improve an already excellent product.
Cons
I would like to see a routing feature in a future update so I can view all jobs on a map-based layout which would make planning much easier. Also, the invoicing area doesn't appeal to me visually or functionally and I think it could use a redesign to feel more polished and user-friendly.

I find the rota planning useful but I constantly run into duplicated cleans which makes me spend a lot of time fixing system errors again and again very often.
Cons
It's really annoying how long it takes to make changes. For example, when I need to cancel cleans I have to open each scheduled clean individually to cancel it. And for some reason, when I change a day or time the system creates multiple scheduled cleans which multiplies the work. On top of that, payroll can't be calculated from the scheduled times and it requires clock-in and clock-out entries so I have to manually adjust records and because there are mistakes in that area too it becomes extremely time-consuming to finish.

I've found it very user friendly and super simple to schedule appointments.
Cons
On mobile, I wish the app had more features and options to manage tasks. As of now the functionality feels a bit limited. I do appreciate that it sends a text to the customer to let them know the cleaner is on the way but I really wish it could also automatically notify them when the job has been completed.
