Really simplifies everything for me!!

Pros

Having a solution built for field service has truly transformed our operations. My team saves a lot of time, I get the visibility I need and we can quickly adjust when client needs change. Overall it has been proven the best for managing our rollouts.

Cons

No complaints at all. The app runs smoothly and the Zinier team has been great to work with as they feel more like a strategic partner than just a vendor. Whenever we have had issues, they have been quick to respond and resolve them within their service level agreements, keeping us on track with our own commitments to customers.

Seamless Field Operations and Easy Integration

Pros

Our field techs love the app as it is easy to use, user friendly and offers a great customer experience. It gives us full visibility into field operations and works seamlessly with our tech stack. Setting up was also quick thanks to the no code builder and I am confident it will be easy to adapt as our business grows.

Low Code solution for easy field management

Pros

The low code development for workflows and the mobile experience have really sped up our processes making us much faster than with other FSM vendors we have worked with.

Cons

I cannot think of anything major that bothers me right now. An HTML5 version would be nice to have but thats more of a wish than a real complaint.
