unhelpful support :(

Pros

The interface is pretty simple once you get the hang of it but the overall user experience could definitely be better.

Cons

The support team seems just as confused about our configuration as we are. Training sessions drag on forever and put me to sleep and they really need short video tutorials that actually show you what to do instead of these lengthy, mind-numbing presentations. Getting help from staff feels impossible since they're not very responsive or useful.

powerful but terrible service

Pros

It is really powerful and lets me customize a ton of stuff for our HR needs.

Cons

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I've waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours just to get a simple answer and depending on who picks up, you'll get completely different responses. The reporting feature gives incorrect data way too often and honestly the whole interface looks like it's from the early 2000s. These issues really overshadow any benefits.

confusing interface

Pros

The job posting feature is fantastic! I can quickly put up a new position and it automatically shares it to sites like Indeed and ZipRecruiter for me. It's so easy.

Cons

Interface can be confusing to use and I run into glitches more often than I'd like. It's missing some modern features you'd expect and the interview feedback tools along with sourcing capabilities are quite basic right now.

easy clock in occasional bugs

Pros

I love that I can just clock in and out right from the platform. The navigation is really simple and I can always find what I need using the menu bar.

Cons

Occasionally I run into bugs that prevent me from clocking in or out which can be very annoying when your trying to log your hours.

Flexible custom reports

Pros

custom reports are so flexible and I can make one for pretty much any situation which is a lifesaver in my HR job. I was also really impressed that their backend support automatically sends our 401k info to the provider. Payroll and onboarding became way simpler with this system.

Cons

I had some accounting challenges with certain features though overall I wouldn't say I disliked the platform.

Pros

I can get all my office work done efficiently because the system takes care of everything else. Entering data and getting reports keeps all our info up-to-date and useful. It's a really comprehensive platform that's helped me stay organized.

Cons

I wish there was a live chat feature and better ways to connect with ADP experts when I need help. The Pro summit was fantastic this year. I really appreciated being able to interact directly with professionals who could share practical tips for improving my work.
