Now that I've been using it, I love how easy it is to complete PR. I enjoy the chat feature which lets me multitask while waiting for support to resolve my issue.
Cons
The frustration of not knowing why something happens sometimes weighs on me. getting bad info from customer support is tough but we just power through it.

as a payroll admin, I found this system very friendly. The time calculations are accurate and tracking payroll hours is also very easy.
Cons
getting help from customer service for out-of-the-ordinary issues can be tough. Language barriers also cause some anxiety when I call.

In my experience, it has everything you need, from tax info to your pay stub. You can adjust your W4 whenever you want and it even lets you compare pay and deductions each month.
Cons
adjusting my W4 a year ago was a issue but now the process is much easier and works well.

The Face ID login is very efficient. Being with a new company has let me discover even more great features I didn't know about before.
Cons
The navigation bar at the top of the window bothers me. I wish it were lower because it's inconvenient to reach that high. maybe it should be at the bottom?
