handy payroll and PTO hub

Pros

It gives employees one place to quickly pull up pay stubs, check paid time off details and access other useful information that needs to be shared.

Cons

The platform could really use a database refresh. It works well overall but the app feels like it needs more modern features and a better layout so things are easier to locate.

Pros

Navigation is simple and it's simple to pull up specific details whenever they're needed. Having everything in one all-in-one platform backed by award-winning service has been a big plus.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems at this point. The software has worked smoothly and even accessing tax information has been simple.

Built-in timekeeping convenience

Pros

Having timekeeping built right into the payroll software is really helpful and it makes things much more manageable for the team in charge.

Cons

It's not a flawless system yet since there are still a few smaller features missing that would really take it to the next level.

clear payroll details and support

Pros

the visual layout makes it simple to understand pay, benefits and tax details. Navigating the platform feels very simple and pulling up older paychecks, paystubs and deduction information takes no effort. There's also a handy "hide" option for masking sensitive details when you're in public which is a thoughtful touch. On top of that, customer support has been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any problems with ADP at all. It's been simple to use and customer support has always been easy to reach.

all-in-one access for teams

Pros

It covers just about everything you need to track and it's convenient to use on both a mobile phone and a laptop. I'd definitely recommend it to most businesses.

Cons

The only downside is that logging in can sometimes be difficult when there's an error. When that happens, it also makes communication with management more complicated.

easy support and billing

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to access customer support, track my time, handle billing and make payments. It's all simple and the value for money is definitely there.

Cons

I don't love the scheduling format. It would be great if I could change the colors for shifts and different job types to make it easier to use.

Reliable but not efficient

Pros

The support I get for payroll and tax issues is amazing. There's always a team ready to jump in and help and I'm really grateful for that. Plus, the custom reporting options in aDP are really flexible. I also have a direct rep at aDP who isn't just tech support, he genuinely cares about finding solutions and always makes time to help.

Cons

For me it's very hard to adapt to this tool. There are things we could or should have access to but we don't yet because the company moves at the pace of a bigger business. some features and responses can be rigid so we sometimes have to work around them.

Frustrating support, tickets closed unresolved

Pros

Customer support is frustrating. It takes forever to get someone to address my concerns and I've had tickets closed multiple times without being resolved.

Cons

It's not great. Honestly, I think there are better options out there that would serve us better.

easy login and dashboard

Pros

Logging in is very easy even if I forget my password. everything I need is right on the dashboard and very easy to find.

Cons

my least favorite part about aDP is the paycheck viewer. The PDF isn't always easy to read on my phone.

simple timesheet and PTO tool

Pros

What I love about this tool is how simple it is to use. I can quickly view my timesheet and check my PTO hours without any issue.

Cons

excellent support but the integration is lacking

Pros

Honestly, the fact that it is such a well-known brand sold me. When I reached out to customer support, they were quick and helpful. That good reputation, combined with positive reviews, made it easy to trust.

Cons

There's not much I can think of. maybe it could integrate more smoothly with other software companies use. It's a great platform on its own but we need to integrate with other systems too.

Valuable asset for HR teams

Pros

It is easy to use and does a great job organizing everything, especially for HR management and payroll. It's very user-friendly.

Cons

Before I was hired, I was told I'd get an email from aDP Workforce to fill in my details. I never received it so I had to figure out how to log in on my own. Once I got in, everything went smoothly.

Best tool for time tracking

Pros

I really enjoy using this app. It handles time tracking well, communication is smooth and the reports are accurate. Plus, I can update my billing info whenever I need to. Totally worth the money and the customer support is great whenever I need help.

Cons

Overall everything has been great. The only issue I've had is when someone loses their number and needs it updated but you can't log in without it.
