I am honestly struggling to find anything good to say about my experience. I didn't even choose to use this system and the decision was made above me and I was just told to make it work.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. If your looking to add stress to your life, then this is definitely the place for you. If you came here hoping to reduce stress and make things easier, I'd highly recommend looking somewhere else. The way all the different features work together wasn't user-friendly at all. Every time I needed to download tax documents, it felt like going on a scavenger hunt. My time with ADP turned into a complete tax nightmare that took almost 2 years to sort out. Things got so bad that our executive team decided to cut ties with ADP entirely.

I constantly have to reset my password; it never recognizes my correct username and password, leading to frequent lockouts and resets. Once logged in, it's straightforward, but the login experience is terrible.

ADP has efficiently organized our company, and my favorite feature is onboarding. Preparing new hires' profiles before their first day reduces paperwork stress and allows us to focus on integrating them into their roles.

The least favorable aspect for me is the call center. Sometimes, I struggle to get my questions answered immediately or understand the person I'm speaking to.

When I started using ADP at my job, the setup process was seamless. The app breakdown of gross/net pay was enlightening. It details where your money goes, including taxes, 401k, and health benefits, and shows how much you take home. With a few paychecks, you can track your earnings over time.

The main issue arises when accessing the program infrequently. I had an ADP profile with my previous company, which became confusing when my password manager mixed up my personal email with the one I used to register. Switching to a different email with my current company led to further confusion.

My favorite thing is how it automates approvals and makes workflows so much smoother. Importing data for payroll is a huge time-saver. Also the benefits module is fantastic and it automated so much and connected right to our carriers which made open enrollment practically effortless this year.
