“familiar platform, slow setup”
Pros
The platform is easy for employees to use and since the provider is a large, established company, many of the software issues seem to have been worked out years ago. People already recognize the brand name and it's fairly simple to train new hires and get them comfortable with the system during implementation.
Cons
Because our company works in property management, we need multiple "departments" (basically properties) set up under one umbrella management company. Getting a new property added could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks at times. We were often passed around to different support departments and got very little feedback or follow-up until we finally had to escalate the problem out of frustration.

“Very convenient”
Pros
Being able to clock in right from my phone is really convenient and I can also keep up with my time entries, check my PTO balance and look at my retirement savings all in one place.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues yet. the app has been really solid for me so far and the only downside is for people who get caught trying to clock in from home.

Pros
Compared with Workday, this platform is much more user friendly to use. With Workday, I'd sometimes run into errors when submitting my time if the format wasn't exactly what it expected. The platform didn't have those strict input requirements so entering time was easy and I didn't run into those kinds of issues.
Cons
I didn't have any complaints while using this software.

Pros
Having timesheets, HR documents, benefits and company updates all available in one secure, convenient place has been really helpful for our team. Everything employees need to access is centralized which makes the platform a really strong solution.
Cons

Pros
Getting in to clock in and out, along with submitting PTO requests, was the part I appreciated most. It only took a very small amount of time to handle my schedule details and put in requests.
Cons
The weakest part for me was the support side. When issues came up on the website, it was a bit difficult to get someone to step in and help.

Pros
Everything I need for timekeeping and payroll is kept together in one place. I can use a single login to access my W-2s, pay stubs, hours and the rest of my information. It's also convenient to sign in from my phone and quickly check details like upcoming holidays and other account info.
Cons
Downloading PDFs from the mobile login can be frustrating. The mobile version also isn't as simple to navigate as it could be so I'd really like to see that experience improved.

“helpful time tracking”
Pros
Its quick to get into the system which makes it convenient to review my hours and my team information without any hassle. I can also keep up with accrued PTO and requested time off very easily. The quick login feature is especially useful since it lets me clock in or out and switch departments without having to go through the full login process.
Cons
The training side could definitely be better. There are a few tutorials on the website but they don't come close to covering all of the topics people actually need. It would help a lot to have more training options available especially more online tutorials that new employees and managers could go back to whenever needed.

Pros
The platform was surprisingly easy to pick up. Compared with the software at my previous organization which took months to learn, I had a solid understanding of the platform within just two weeks.
Cons

Navigating this software feels very easy. The details I need are right there when I need them and a lot of the key information is visible at a glance.
Cons

Pros
Every day at work, I use the platform to clock in, clock out for lunch and sign out when I head home. I also rely on it to manage my weekly schedule and keep track of meetings I need to attend. It does a really good job of helping me stay organized throughout the day. I've been using it for around 10 years and it seems to improve a little more every year. It has everything I need in one place, like checking how many hours I worked each day during the week, viewing my benefits and even reading the yearly performance reviews I've received. It's been really useful to have and I genuinely enjoy using it.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike about it. I'd just say to keep updating and improving it as much as possible. If I had to suggest one thing, adding a search bar would be helpful so I could type in what I'm looking for instead of having to scroll around and click through multiple sections to find it.

Has been especially useful for the things we rely on most especially Paid Time Off tracking and guiding new hires through the required paperwork so onboarding feels much more smooth. The PTO logging in particular, has been the most easy and user friendly feature we've used in the platform.
Cons
The biggest downside at the beginning was the pricing since even the basic features felt a bit expensive for a small business. Once we grew some more, it became less of a concern but early on it was definitely an issue.

At best, it gave me one place to check everything tied to my hours and pay for the work I was doing which is really the bare minimum you'd expect from this kind of software. Other than that, there wasn't much about it that I actually enjoyed.
Cons
At a previous job, I had to use the platform and really disliked it. The interface felt outdated, outdated and frustrating to deal with. A lot of employee-facing and widely used time-tracking tools seem to have the same problem and the platform definitely does not break that pattern.

Using it day to day has been very easy and the reporting tools are excellent. We also have a fantastic Payroll Manager who is always available to help with any questions which makes Sizmek's ongoing issues much easier to handle.
Cons
Only small problem I ran into was that after updates, there were sometimes changes affecting our hourly employees who use the Projected Pay Cycles.

Pros
Having a mobile app with fingerprint sign-in is a huge plus. As an employee, it makes it really convenient to check everything related to my compensation in one place. I can quickly pull up my benefits, tax forms, pay stubs and other important details without any hassle. The app also lets me submit time-off requests which is really helpful. Another feature I appreciate is the visual breakdown of where my paycheck is going, like federal and state taxes, retirement contributions and individual benefit deductions.
Cons
desktop version feels a bit outdated, even though it still works well enough to get things done. I also found the time-off request process on the desktop version confusing which is why I usually preferred using that feature through the mobile app instead.
