Pros
Having the platform available on my phone has been a huge plus. I can check and submit time-off requests, look at my calendar and view my full team structure whenever I need to which makes everything much more convenient.
Cons
Resetting my password still feels more complicated and time-consuming than it should be.

Getting direct deposit set up is really easy and it's convenient to check paystubs and review company documents all in one place, including anything that needs to be signed.
Cons
I honestly don't have many complaints. The only issue that comes to mind is that sometimes updated information shows up later than expected.

Being able to use it on a computer, phone or other device makes it really convenient to check information from anywhere. The app is also very simple to use.
Cons
Every now and then, the app has crashed a few times and I had to restart it to get back in.

It's simple to clock in and out, checking pay stubs is quick and updating personal information doesn't take much effort. On top of that, the customer service has been really helpful whenever needed.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major issues with it. The only small downside is that it can feel a bit slow at times especially during the busier morning and evening hours.

One feature I really appreciate is the paycheck calculator since it lets me get an idea of what my paycheck will look like ahead of time.
Cons
The biggest frustration is how long it takes to load. I usually have to clock in through it and the delay can make me late. There have been times when I had to refresh the page and still wait a full two minutes for it to load.

Pros
Really organizes HR work and makes things efficient for both employees and administrators. It's easily one of the best payroll platforms I've worked with.
Cons

Navigating the system is very easy. Adding employees, updating their information and setting up reports are all simple to handle. If something does come up, their support staff is available and willing to help.
Cons
Configuring administrators is more involved than it should be. There are too many different sections that need to be set up for it.

At least it handles payroll processing and tax filing which is better than having to manage all of that internally.
Cons
Customer support has been extremely disappointing. The reps seem to stick to a script and just repeat the same lines until you push to speak with a manager. Mistakes happen far too often. On top of that, they charge premium-level pricing for a very average system that feels outdated, paired with below-average support. It honestly seems like maybe only very large customers get decent help or maybe better support is something you have to pay extra for. We're switching to a new payroll provider that will cost 40% less and give us three times more service, support and features.

Pros
Compared with the payroll system I used before, this one is a huge improvement. It keeps all of my payroll information in one place and makes it simple to find exactly what I need. I can see a full breakdown of my paycheck, including how much is taken out for taxes, what my take-home pay is and the exact number of hours worked. Everything is laid out clearly and it's much better than the mess I was dealing with before.
Cons
At this point, I really do not have any complaints about this software. It handles the job well and even goes beyond that. It's easy to use and does what I need it to do without any hassle.

Pros
Since we already run payroll through the platform, having that information connected is definitely a benefit. There's also some consistency in staying with the same provider, even though this sits on a separate website from the one employees use to check their pay details.
Cons
Training employees on something as basic as requesting time off was kind of challenging. Time-off balances were also inaccurate in the beginning which created frustration. The functionality feels limited overall and because it still doesn't cover all of our HR needs, we've had to consider other tools to fill the gaps. On top of that it's completely separate from the platform's much more user friendly paystub portal which is actually better designed and simpler to navigate.

Whether someone is working on the road or sitting in the office, this works well for everyone. HR can keep tabs on employees and their hours too, even beyond the usual 8-to-5 schedule.
Cons

Was fairly easy to get it set up and functioning and our employees have had no trouble using it. It handles payroll well and also gives staff a way to complete their yearly open enrollment tasks for our employer-sponsored benefits plans.
Cons
Once the initial setup was finished making further customizations has been difficult. On top of that, our account management team hasn't been very helpful when it comes to improving the platform and making it more attractive for our workforce.

I wish I had a better option overall but to be fair, there really isn't anything especially terrible about this product. It does put relevant employee information right at your fingertips which is helpful.
Cons
Moving around the system doesn't feel very accessible, the reporting tools can be a hassle to work with and I'm not always able to find what I need.

Keeping up with hours and job details is incredibly easy in the platform. I can code time, check employee information, view vacation and sick balances and jump to other resources like healthcare or 401(k) details without any issues. It also helps that there are extra apps available such as Compass reviews which add even more value to the platform.
Cons
The goal-setting feature is available in the platform but it feels much more confusing than the rest of the system and isn't nearly as accessible to use.
