“better navigation than older platform tools”
Pros
After moving over to the platform from another system, it has been a noticeable improvement for the tasks I use it for. I do not handle payroll in it but I regularly go in to look up employee details and related information. For that kind of use, it feels fairly easy and switching between personal details and employment records is not overly confusing. Compared with other related products I have used especially People@Work and Pay@Work, this one is definitely less complicated to get around.
Cons
That said some of our users still struggle to find their way around the system. They often ask where to click to access things like pay stubs, T4s and similar documents. A more accessible layout would probably help especially for people who are not very comfortable with technology.

Pros
Keeping up with employees is much simpler with this software. It helps a lot with tracking total hours worked, payroll, vacation time, sick days and basically anything connected to wages.
Cons
I honestly did not run into anything I disliked about this software. It worked really well the whole time and I had no issues with it.

“convenient and employee friendly”
Pros
Navigating this system is very easy and it makes finding the information I need quick and hassle-free. It feels well designed overall which makes the experience much more convenient for employees.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints about the system. The only thing that could make it even better would be adding a text message option so employees can also receive payroll updates that way.

“reliable time tracking and requests”
Pros
Clocking in and submitting time-off requests has always been really easy. Over the five years I've used it, I've only run into clock in issues a couple of times so it's been very dependable overall.
Cons
There are times when it loads a bit slowly which can be frustrating if you're right up against the cutoff and trying not to clock in late.
