“Simple workflow”

Pros

Working with this softwae has been very easy and it is simple to navigate. The customer service has also been a big plus especially my service manager, who has been very helpful.

Cons

I'm still not completely convinced about having everything handled online since it can feel a bit impersonal at times. I prefer knowing there's support available when I'm unsure about the information or forms I'm completing online.

Handling payroll is really easy and the customer service team is there whenever questions come up. They can guide you step by step and help you work through anything you need.

There's a lot the system can do and it comes with a wide range of reporting tools.

Onboarding was vey simple and the overall setup process went pretty smoothly.

Special calculations can't be configured directly on our side and have to go through the platform.

The new field grabber reporting feature has been a really nice addition. Putting reports together is much simpler now than it used to be.

Cons

After a recent upgrade, finding future-dated hires that were entered into the system now takes several steps which wasn't the case before. That change has added extra work for me.

Everything is right at your fingertips and the platform keeps the platform updated regularly based on what clients want and need.

Honestly, not much to complain about except the music that plays while you're stuck on hold waiting for phone support :)

Pros

Navigating the platform is pretty easy and most features are easy to locate without much effort. The menus and payroll section show the key information you need and the system has enough flexibility to adjust as your needs evolve.

Cons

A frustrating part is the constant updates that shift things into different layouts. It's also disappointing when features get discontinued :/

The analytics in the platform are really useful and do a good job of turning the data into something meaningful.

Pulling certain reports can be a bit tricky at times.

After about four years of using the platform, it still feels very user friendly. I sign in every day and it's been a reliable part of my routine.

Something I haven't been able to find is any in-person seminars to attend.

If I had to point out one issue, it would be the time-off approval process. I think all supervisors who have access to the employee requesting leave should also be able to approve those requests.

At times, getting around the platform can be a little confusing. You really need to know where you're going and what you're doing to navigate it well.

Whenever updates roll out, it can be difficult to locate things because the screen layouts tend to change often.

The downside is that the mobile version still doesn't show everything you can access on the desktop version.

I honestly can't think of any downsides since everything works together so well.

The homepage is easy to navigate and the open enrollment process is very user friendly.

Reporting still needs improvement and the time and attendance piece isn't fully integrated which makes it less efficient than it could be. Support response times are also long and outages happen more often than they should.

I don't like having to use two file numbers to pay the same person when they work in two different positions at different pay rates.
