“So convenient”
Pros
Everything I need is laid out where it should be which makes the platform really convenient to use. I can check financial details, request time off and review my benefits all in one place without having to dig around.
Cons
The interface could still be improved to feel more user friendly.

“one stop solution”
Pros
Time tracking, retirement and insurance benefits plus company, state and federal forms all together in one portal is really convenient. Unlike other vendors that split these features into separate add-ons, the platform gives you a true one-stop solution which makes it feel like a solid value for the price.
Cons
There can be a pretty noticeable learning curve especially for new users who are not very comfortable with computer systems. Logging hours in military time also takes some adjustment at first.

“Additional perks included”
Pros
I can access important documents without digging around and the extra perks are a nice bonus. One thing I appreciate is that even after leaving a company, the platform still lets you view pay stubs and tax information later. Some employers also customize what's available on the platform so it helps to confirm which features your company includes. I've also been able to take advantage of several worthwhile discounts and coupon codes for car rentals, movie tickets and other outings.
Cons
Biggest setback is the customer service. Responses are very slow and at times it feels almost nonexistent. Whenever there's a problem, it usually takes more than 48 hours to get it resolved.

“powerful features and solid value”
Pros
Compared with a PEO platform, this option is much more affordable. It also covers just about everything you'd want in one system, including payroll, onboarding, performance reviews and more.
Cons
The interface feels a little outdated and the system can be fairly complex because of how much functionality it includes. It's clearly designed with larger companies in mind that need more than just standard payroll and onboarding tools.

“smooth switch to this”
Pros
After moving over from Paylocity to the platform, the implementation went smoothly. The system puts a lot of information right at my fingertips and once I know where to look, it's all there.
Cons
There's a lot packed into this product so it can take the average person a few weeks to fully understand where to go to find the information they need.

“Great software”
Pros
Handling my weekly time entries in this software is very easy. It's also really convenient to submit vacation requests and have all of my benefits information available in one place.
Cons
Part that's frustrating is adding extra lines when I need to split up hours. It's not terribly difficult but it can still be a bit of a hassle to deal with.

“mobile clock in convenience”
Pros
Being able to clock in and out right from my phone was really convenient and made the process much more flexible.
Cons
Issue is that if you also work somewhere else that uses this app, it can cause conflicts because it tends to pull in the old job instead.

“helpful payroll and time tracking”
Pros
Using this platform as an employee has been a really positive experience. It's simple to navigate and comes with a lot of useful features, like clocking in and out and checking a detailed breakdown of pay, all through a user friendly app.
Cons
One small problem is that the app can be a little laggy when logging in.

“handy app after setup”
Pros
A mobile app is really convenient and once you get familiar with how it works, it's pretty simple to navigate and understand.
Cons
At the beginning, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it kept freezing which was frustrating. It could also be a bit more user friendly especially when you need to reset or recover a forgotten password.

“powerful customization and reporting”
Pros
The level of customization is impressive. The reporting tools add a lot of value to the platform and help boost productivity as well. The pricing feels quite reasonable and the mobile app performs really well compared with similar products.
Cons
Customer support could definitely use some improvement. The software would also be better if it integrated more effectively with other platforms. I'd also like changes to appear right away since there are times when I have to sign out and back in before updates show up.

“Try it out!”
Pros
Checking everything from pay stubs to benefits in this software works really well for everyday use. The app is especially convenient and the platform is very accessible overall. I'd definitely recommend it to any HR department that wants to organize how information is shared with employees.
Cons
Navigation can be a little tricky at times. When I first started using it, it took me a while to figure out where everything was located. Aside from that, it's still a really solid piece of software.

“No expertise needed to use”
Pros
Getting around the platform is very easy for our users. They can quickly reach their timecards, time-off calendar and requests, pay statements and plenty of other tools without any confusion.
Cons
At times, the platform has had trouble working properly with Internet Explorer. We ran into issues with certain site features that relied on the Adobe Reader add-in since we usually keep Adobe Reader disabled in our environment. After turning the Adobe Reader add-in back on for IE, those features worked the way they were supposed to.

“so dependable!”
Pros
Felt very easy to get around the online desktop platform and that hardly needed any explanation. Uploading employee timesheets each week was simple to handle and having paychecks delivered securely through UPS was a major advantage.
Cons
One thing that became frustrating was how often the system made me change my password. I understand why that security rule is in place but the reset frequency felt excessive. It got to the point where I had to write my passwords down in a notebook which is something I really do not like doing, just to keep track of each new update.
