“tool we rely on!”

Pros

Working alongside our HR team, this has become a tool we really rely on. The reporting feature is excellent and much more user friendly than other systems I've used. Having payroll, benefits and everything else in one place is incredibly helpful and the different functions work very well together. The email reminders are also a big plus since the system alerts users about pending messages which helps make sure nothing gets missed. Really impressive overall.

Cons

An area that could definitely be better is customer support especially when it comes to faster email response times. It would also help if the pricing were more competitive since there are plenty of other options available in the market.

Pros

Navigating the platform is very easy and the interface feels accessible right away. It makes checking time-off balances and submitting time-off requests quick and uncomplicated. The personal profile and career area for each organization also includes a lot of detailed, useful information. That said how much you really get out of the platform depends a lot on how actively the HR team uses it and how much content they choose to publish.

Cons

The occasional login problem when switching between devices is frustrating. At times I get a message saying I'm logged in on multiple devices even when I'm not signed in anywhere else. The only workaround I've found is using a VPN which gets annoying. It could be related to the browser but honestly I haven't felt motivated enough to reach out to support and sort it out.

Pros

Right from orientation, this software felt very user friendly. I was able to learn the product quickly and get comfortable using it without much trouble.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints about this software. The only downside is that if you forget your password, getting back into your account can be a bit of a hassle.

Pros

Right away the dashboard layout feels well organized. It's simple to locate what I need and the different category blocks make it convenient to jump into the tools I use most. My PTO balance and calendar sit close together and are among the first things I notice when I sign in which is really helpful. There's also a "Quick Links" section that comes in handy whenever I need to track something down but I'm not exactly sure where it lives. Overall the platform is very user friendly.

Cons

Mobile app hasn't been my favorite part. It handles some tasks but it feels much more limited than the desktop interface. That could be related to having a VPN on my computer and not on my phone but if that's the issue, the platform hasn't made the solution very clear or easy to find.

“strong time and labor compliance tools”

Pros

Handling time and labor audits for my team is a big part of my role as operations manager and this software gives me everything I need to stay on top of it. It has the right set of functions to help me review staff records properly and make sure we're meeting State requirements.

Cons

There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning. It took quite a bit of time to understand all the different features and only now, about six months in, do I feel like I'm really using everything the system can offer.

Everything feels very easy to use at every level and reports along with other admin tasks are simple to locate and run.

Cons

There do seem to be frequent changes and updates and those can sometimes lead to delays.

It helps with communication, keeps everything on track and getting things done is pretty much just a quick click and you're there.

The downside was the speed since with my internet connection the software tended to run slowly.

Pros

The platform offers one of the broadest and most customizable sets of software and services I've seen in this space. Since they're such a major player, they can bring in partners fast which means you get a strong range of integrations and employee resources that smaller providers usually can't match. A good example is the LifeMart employee discount program which was honestly one of the things we missed most from our previous platform because I couldn't find anything comparable at a similar price.

Cons

Using the system can be frustrating because the navigation is overloaded with links and many of them seem to send you to the same place. Just from the home screen, there were more than 30 different paths to choose from and not enough clarity to feel confident you were clicking into the right section. What also bothers me is that platform feels a little light on actual substance. Aside from building reports from the data in the system, it mostly acts as a portal into other insurance and investment platforms. For the price, the platform itself doesn't really do as much as I expected. I can see it making more sense for a very large organization that relies on the reporting every day but for a typical small business, it feels overly complex while still offering too little customization.

Pros

Using the platform day to day has been a very positive experience. The best part is how efficient and user friendly it is. I wasn't part of the implementation process but as someone who uses it every day, it helps me stay on top of my hours, overtime, tasks and PTO without any hassle. It's very dependable and makes learning new processes pretty easy.

Cons

From a user standpoint, there really aren't many issues with this software. If I had to point out a downside, I'd assume it's probably on the expensive side for the features offered, mainly because of how reliable and consistent it is.

Pros

The platform covers just about everything I need in one human capital management system. Talent management, payroll, attendance, employee relations and more are all handled in a single program which keeps things organized. Getting started was easy, the interface is user friendly and the system runs at a decent speed. Having one dashboard to manage employee needs makes a big difference and it also works really well on mobile.

Cons

I honestly do not have any major complaints. Most of the updates have been positive and have improved the system.

“My go to platform!”

Pros

After more than three years using the platform, it's become my go-to place for payroll, benefits and just about every other HR task. Having everything in one system really makes it convenient and keeps things organized.

Cons

Some parts of the payroll side can still be confusing especially if you're not very familiar with tax codes. It would be more helpful if the system included clearer explanations for the different changes being made.

Pros

Being able to pull up my paycheck anytime and review all of my past statements has been really helpful. I can also download them whenever I need to, along with my W-2s and other tax documents.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It does exactly what I need it to do and works perfectly for my purposes.

“implementation has been a disaster”

Pros

At this point there really hasn't been anything positive to point to. Customer service has at least been very helpful in trying to move the setup forward. We gave two months notice to prepare for implementation and now nearly 90 days have passed and the system still is not up and running. For a company as large as the platform, there is no excuse for an implementation process this poor.

Cons

From the start, the setup process has been a mess. Support is now involved and helping get things back on track but before that the experience was completely unacceptable. The amount of time our finance manager and operations manager have had to spend just trying to make the system operational has been excessive. It has caused major disruption for our staff at the corporate level and has also been personally unsettling for them.

At a previous company, I used this platform regularly and really appreciated how easy it was to navigate. The dashboard was clear and the overall layout made day-to-day tasks simple to manage.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind that I disliked about this software. I don't remember running into any particular issues while using it.

Pros

For the five years I've been with my company, this program has been a reliable way to keep track of everything I need. I can check my hours and timecard, see my PTO balance and any scheduled time off I've built up and it's really convenient to have all of that in one place. It's also nice being able to pull up past W-2 forms and pay stubs whenever I need them so there's no reason to hang on to paper copies.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't come across any real downsides while using this program. My experience with it has been consistently positive. If I had to name one "con," it would only be the slightly funny disappointment of seeing that my PTO balance isn't as high as I hoped. Other than that, it's been an excellent program especially for employees who want quick access to their work and payroll information.

At work, we rely on this software for things like viewing pay stubs, checking benefits, updating contributions and submitting time-off requests. I've been using it for years and have had a really positive experience with it. It's very user friendly and whenever new features or functions are added, it never takes much time to figure out how they work.

Cons

The look and feel isn't quite as polished as I'd prefer but that's only a visual issue and doesn't affect how well the software works.

Cons

Performance management side feels limited to me. There isn't much flexibility in how it's set up or in the ways people can reply to the questions and prompts.

Getting the platform up and running doesn't cost much and the setup process is pretty easy. Data entry can be handled by almost anyone with little to no training which helps cut down on staffing expenses.

Cons

Reports are frequently inaccurate. It's also challenging to get corrections made to year-end tax documents.
